Obviously your employees know the difference between Service Dogs and Emotional Support Animals. We have been refused service in other States where the employees and EVEN OWNERS didn't know the ADA Federal Law. We always sit down anyway because my spouse is blind and has a Guide Dog from Guide Dogs of America . It should be obvious (and it is). It is still very rare and has only happened 4 times in our 45 States of travel. It's all about education, and obviously thats what you've done with your employees. Thank you SO MUCH for the great food and service!Vegetarian options: The Michigan Salad was fantasticDietary restrictions: Gluten free items are available.

Lived in Lincoln for many years and wanted to try Stauffers for the first time. What a unorganized mess. Waited to put our name in for a table as there was a wait, put our name in, watched as the girl wrote it down. They called the three groups ahead of us... We left not only based on our wait and being skipped but those that were seated we could tell were having bad service. It's like they need an employee meeting to go over a plan for when they are slammed e.g. who is the only point person as people enter, who is the back up for that person, who is the expediter at the cook window, who is bussing tables, who is refilling and getting drinks as back up to wait staff....common sense restaurant management stuff.

Diner located in Lincoln Nebraska on 48th between Old Cheney and Hwy 2.Food 5* Chicken fried steak was the 2nd best in Lincoln we have tried! Gravy had nice pieces of meat, great flavor and texture. Eggs cooked over easy as requested. Hash browns are actually sliced potatoes, believe they are grilled. I liked them, but husband prefers the more traditional hash browns. We tried their Sunday special, grilled cinnamon roll. Glad I tried it! It was really delicious, took half home with me as it was very large. Husband chose the cinnamon raisin bread which did not disappoint. Super thick bread, it was delicious!Service 5* our server was Charlee and she did a great job. Checked in on us throughout the meal and our order was correct. Heard a few tables next to us have some issues with food or missing items but the servers took care of it right away.Atmosphere 5* Our booth was clean and restaurant was inviting. Love all the baked goods they have for sale as you walk in the door and pay your check. This was our first experience at Stauffer’s and won’t be our last!Parking: Free parking lot. Stauffer’s is in shopping center area. Parking lot is shared with all the businesses. Plenty of parking when we went on a Sunday morning around 10am.

I had an omelette, the vegetarian, it was soupy, the fried potatoes were so crispy. You couldn't even eat them, I asked for a side pancake which was wheat, who wants a wheat pancake. It was awful. My husband had a filly steak sandwich and there was a wiry dark hair on the pickles.

Best pies in town, just like Grandma makesOne of the best breakfasts in
Wife and I ate breakfast there yesterday morning Feb 10th. Got rite in which is unusual for a sat. I had the eggs and sausage with fried tators. Wife had the short stack. We both really enjoyed our food. Very good. The service was very friendly, they kept the coffee cup full. Very good place to eat any meal.
Never disappoints. This place has amazing breakfast foods a personal favorite of mine is the country platter with eggs chicken fried steak and country style hashbrowns all drenched in an amazing white gravy!
This is a new spot for me. Party of two ordered coffees, breakfast with 2 extra sides, bill was $35. Definitely a bustling spot. Lots of families coming in for breakfast together. Service was wonderful, I was checked in several times. The menu was simple but had enough for me to find something I liked. The pie menu is insane and I would love to come back and try each and every one of them. I will be back.
