The food is from Subway, you already know what you are getting when you walk in. What I didn’t expect was must have been the owner’s son working behind the counter. He counted how many shreds of onion, green peppers and the seven jalapeño peppers were placed on my footlong sub. There go the profits if he over uses any product!

As the coach of a basketball program in Omaha, NE, we have regularly visited Subway for its healthier options during our summer basketball season. However, during our recent visit, we encountered a series of unprofessional and concerning incidents that have left us with no choice but to sever our ties with your establishment.Upon arriving at the store with two of my players, we noticed a short line of two people. Two ladies were handling sandwich orders. When it was our turn, our sandwiches were prepared and put in the toaster. Surprisingly, the sandwiches sat on the counter for approximately four minutes before the male worker finally returned to complete them.During this time, the male worker took off his gloves, used his phone, and even left the area without completing our order. It was evident that he prioritized personal matters over his work duties. The other two workers seemed equally concerned and irritated by his behavior.Upon receiving our sandwiches, we sat down to enjoy our meal, only to realize that the worker had mistakenly switched one of the sandwiches. When I brought this to his attention, he apologized and offered to make another one. Unfortunately, one of the female co-workers became irate and yelled at him for remaking the sandwich.To make matters worse, when I explained that one of my athletes was lactose intolerant and allergic to pickles, the same female co-worker began to verbally abuse me and my players. She used inappropriate language and displayed a complete lack of professionalism.As a result of this unpleasant experience and the disrespectful treatment we received, I have decided not to bring my team to your establishment anymore. We have consistently spent a significant amount of money at Subway throughout our summer basketball season, but we can no longer support a store that allows such behavior from its employees.I will also be writing a negative review of this store to share our experience with others. The workers involved in this incident should be held accountable for their actions and the way they spoke to us. It is unacceptable for customers to be treated this way, and it reflects poorly on your store's reputation.I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the way we were treated. We will no longer patronize Subway, and I will make sure to inform our 14 travel teams about this incident to ensure they avoid your establishment as well.I hope that you take our feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the quality of service at your store. I trust that you will address the behavior of the employees involved in this incident to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Paid almost 20 bucks for a steak and cheese footlong and a pizza. The pizza was ok but the employee, Andrew, was clueless when I asked for sausage (i.e. breakfast sausage). Then he said, you mean salami? Ok ok... My steak and cheese, had less than 20 tiny shreds of their Cheddar Jack and was non existing after toasting. I wish I could post a picture of how small this sandwich was for 10 dollars. Pathetic. If the GM would like to correct this problem I'd be willing to visit my neighborhood Subway. I've the pictures to show how tiny the steak and cheese less is at this location if asked.

I’m not sure what Cindy F is talking about, but I choose not to go to this location when Ian is working because he has been very rude multiple times in the past. He tends to make unnecessary comments about my order. I’ve lived in this area for years now and will drive across town to get the customer service I deserve.

First, the sandwiches were very tasty and made according to our wishes...thanks Ian. Second, Ian was polite, professional and accommodating. And now, thirdly, the girl, Cassandra. She was rude, condescending and rolled her eyes when she was taking our order. When we asked questions about certain sandwiches, all of our questions were answered with guestures, shies and eye rolls...as if she was too good or too busy for us, her customers. Because of her rudenessand body language, we are not sure we will come back to this location. And that's too bad. This location is very clean and the other employees...like Ian...are deserving of our patronage. She was the rudest customer service employee we have ever witnessed in any business...EVER!
