Disappointed that Subways did away with chopping their salads. I really liked eating a salad in bite sized pieces rather than in big chunks. A great fresh customizable salad, but hard to eat with flimsy plastic table service.

Went in with my husband before he had to head off to work, we wanted 4 footlong’s on the $11.99 deal. All was great at first until we started ordering, my husband wanted to steak subs one egg steak and cheese and one steak club after that he noticed the pan of steak was basically empty and she took what was left and split it between both sandwich’s and put them in the oven then she made mine with a new pan of steak and when making mine she used a noticeable larger amount of meat as we moved on my husband mentioned to the man putting lettuce and other toppings on his sandwich that he had wished there was more steak on his sandwich and was shrugged at and basically ignored. He had to get to work so we both paid for the service and left. While my husband eat and got ready for work he gave me a partial of one of his subs to compare to mine. After looking at them the difference was obvious his bread wrapped around itself while mine wouldn’t even close and looked like the sandwich in the ads we called the store back to ask for a refund on one of the orders and was told unless we could bring the sandwich back there would be no refund which was already impossible for us to do. We told them we were going to give a shoutout to corporate and the person on the phone ended the call with ill tell my supervisor. When contacting corporate they were very nice to me and explained that this should have never happened and that they would reach out to the store owner. Today is oct 31, 2019 i was told to wait two days for a callback... but i should receive my refund. March 17 2020 never did receive a refund also never received a call back from corporate.

Slow\\\ ot enough workers, bread wasn't super fresh, out of a lot of drinks - during the typical lunch hour too, when things should be ready to go

Snazzy modern location with an urban ambience. Never had much trouble with Subway in general. \ \ Free Wi-fi and a hefty helping of beverages. Splendid accommodations and servings making this almost a 5-star spiel. \ \ Will be here again!

I really eat here because staff is usually in the back and I most always feel that my business is unwanted when I'm there. Saddens me, because it's been one of my favorite places to eat for many years. But I have never had a positive experience here at the mall.

Pretty good place. Their Tuna rocks. Not enough employees working and usually a long wait for food. Last time it took over 20 minutes but they did say they were sorry
