The guy making my sandwich talked on speaker phone while he made my food. While he was toasting my sandwich I glanced at my phone and he rang the bell and rolled his eyes at me even though he was talking on his

The people are rude and act like they are too busy to do their job. It is a great idea to have the subway in the hospital and would be convenient for family members of patients if the employees could behave like actual humans. I tried it several times thinking maybe they were just having a bad day, but they are completely terrible. Worst subway ever.

Very good fast service.

Visited here Sunday, the girl working acted like we were inconveniencing her. Very rude and short with us. If there was anything else to eat in the building then we would have went there but had no other options.

Subway has amazing healthy sandwiches!! Great sauces and almost every veggie that you could want!! They now have salads, wraps, pizzas, and this is a wonderful option for vegetarians as well!

Ha ha ha the owner has to 5 star his own restaurant. I worked there and they dont throw out expired food. They change stickers for newer date. They constantly cross contamintate food. Mold growing in walk fridge in on the grated shelves. I could go on. Im not bitter for being fired i liked working there. I just know that wrong is wrong. I dont know how they pass health dept inspections. Its a hospital come on im suprised no one has gotten sick from there.

The worst fast-food experience I've had. The bread was already burnt, but I felt bad they already cut it, so I continued. They put the meat on it and toasted it. I got to the veggies, and the lettuce was browned and the spinnach was dark and wilted. I asked if they had fresh spinach, and they said no. So I politely explained that I didn't want the sandwich (only had meat and bread btw), appologized and went upstairs. I got a roll from Scooters and headed back to my mother's room. The manager of the Subway then showed up when I was walking, and demanded I go back downstairs and take and pay for the sandwich. I told him I was sorry, but didn't want it because of the wilted veggies. He got mad and said he'd call security to make me go downstairs and buy the sandwich. I again told him I didn't want it, more assertive this time. He followed and harrassed me halfway across the hospital before finally gave one last angry comment and stormed off.\ \ Followed, harrassed, and insulted by the Subway manager. The WORST customer service experience I've had.

Wife went to get a sandwich and a chocolate malt they made the sandwich but told her that she would have to come back for the malt since they were to busy to make one. I called and to discuss this with the manager and her response was that's how it is and informed me she was to busy and hung up on me.
