Literally got off work, worked 6am to about 8:45. Ordered food for delivery because I was exhausted and the food we got compared to what I ordered was wrong. I was a little bit upset and wanted to talk to the manager and I said a refund would be great and the only thing the lady said she could do is refund the half my son didn’t get and could maybe remake it. I’ve never ordered from this store and will NEVER order from them again. Also, I am not mad at the kid that made it, I’m mad at the way this was handled by “management”. So if they would like me to remove this review and make it right let me know.
Good food, great prices.
Nice people here and courteous staff, but it's one of the slower subways. I frequently have to wait 10 to 15 minutes after an order is scheduled to be ready for pickup.

Last night we ordered online, when we got there to pick up the so said our order was ready. It was not. They didn’t have the meat for one of the sandwiches. We decided to only get the one and asked for a credit back. The poor girl was new and it was crazy busy. She had to call her manager, we left and said just credit it back to the card. Well guess what, her manager refused. I didn’t get half my order and paid for it. Poor customer service manager. Never leave new employees alone on a busy Friday.

Drive through employees are extremely rude.They have been extremely rude 2 separate occasions? I will never go back to this rude environment. Employees, there are heartless careless, and they cannot follow directions.And then they look extremely annoyed and speak in an extremely annoyed tone, they can make you feel so unwelcomed.It was the worst experience ever.Do not ever go to this horrible location.

Went through drive thru for a ONE ITEM pickup and was rudely told to go inside lobby because they were “slammed” once i entered the lobby there was only TWO customers and my “completed” pickup was going to be another 5 minute wait. I’m not one to leave reviews for places but this was actually so ridiculous! Not to mention once I got my one dipper it was practically empty and I got a couple drips of sauce in my container, please step it up subway this is sad!

They screwed up my order. Then they refused to fix it or refund me and called me a liar. They gave me coupons for free food for "compensation" and it covered barely half of what I ordered.

Went through the drive thru and the machine to order on is very touchy. It’s very aggravating. The process takes twice as long as it should.

Ordered delivery thru their app and did not receive everything I ordered. Sandwich was subpar. Almost like a bread sandwich hardly any toppings when I asked for extra. Tried to call the store multiple times to get a refund for the missing item but they will not answer. Unless you feel like going in I wouldn’t go here or order online from here. There is also no support to get a refund for missing items on the app. So my only option would be to drive to the store. Which they already charged for a delivery fee.

Because of work, I've been to this location on many occasions. Sometimes it's a 3 star, and sometimes it's a 1 star, but it definitely has never gotten above a 3 star, so I'll average it at a 2. I'll go there in a pinch for work when it's the best option, but that's it.

Overview: Food counter: Dirty and not being maintained between customers. This was highly concerning as they had run out of the paper that they put under the sandwiches, so the bread was directly on the counter that was littered with the extra/spilled toppings etc. This is dangerous, as food allergies can be deadly and there is no knowing what may all be on the dirty counter.Staff: Attempting to help customers with a decent attitude and a lack of supplies but seemed less concerned about maintaining cleanliness. When it was mentioned to them that they really should keep the counter clean when not using the paper, they stated that they didn't have the paper and more or less shrugged off the comment.On a positive: Staff has always (to include this time) helpful with making sure customers use the best coupons to help save and were very nice to my young child.

It was pretty bad today, they refused to toast the flat-bread and when I complained that the cheese wouldn't be melted, there wasn't an offer to melt the cheese with the chicken. The seemed under staffed so the service wasn't very good, probably not the two employee's fault.
