What the heck is this? Missing two ingredients from a called in order. The meatballs are old af the sauce isn't saucy. And they feel its worth 6 bucks?

Had a friend pickup our online order and meal was made incorrectly. Called to have it fixed, they offered to remake and refused any kind of reimbursement or discount for the wasted gas to make 2 trips. Then the managers boyfriend loitered in the lobby trying to intimidate my friend to protect his girl friends pride. Not a good look. 10/10 recommend a different location. Totally unprofessional.UPDATE. Got the replacement sandwiches and they ruined them out of retaliation for the complaint. Drowned one in Sriracha and put an insane amount of jalapeños on the other. Dont even seem to be toasted. Will not be returning and considering calling corporate. Didnt spend $25 for this level of service.

Stopped on way home from a long day at the hospital with a relative. We were able to order right away and they were very quick with the sandwiches, considering as late as it was. Hit the spot.
