Went in on Sep 27 at 11am, picked up an online order and was missing my Celsius, I waited upfront and could hear someone singing in the back and knew someone was back there, waited for a bit while talking to my boyfriend, clearly loud enough to be heard from the back, and nothing until we called back to the back, one person came out and she looked like they were on something, proceeding to explain that they don't have Celsius, then telling me to pick a different option, mind you, it was $1 more than a regular bottle, but I didn't bother asking for it. They need to check if they hear someone up front and ask if they could help someone, I work in the food industry and have been for over a year, we always have to check up front if no one is upfront, this needs to be fixed. Also, not to mention, our sandwiches were made with the wrong bread, we asked for herbs and cheese on the app and both received the original.

What is the point of having a receipt print out for an app order when you're not going to follow the instructions on that print out? Nothing on my order was correct.

Went to get food after a long day at work greeted by a rude employee that’s was turning off everything an hour before they even closed. They cooled down the toaster and didn’t even want to re heat it for customers in line.

the lady with little glasses is pretty nice, the girl with brown curly hair is rude every time i come in, maybe a subway sandwich would cheer her up, i asked my friends and they all said they shared a similar experience. maybe play some music in the restaurant it’s kinda
