Wow never have I experienced service as exceptional as by Nate and Alicia who made our sandwiches tonight!!!!!! Attentive polite made our sandwiches perfect to the nines followed what I asked for made sure I had plenty napkins. Out of all the subways in Lincoln ne make this store your go to AMAZING

Marianna had very good service and is very efficient at her job. Made it easy to come in out as fast as possible, not only that the sandwich was better than expected from how it looked. Definitely coming again!

Sloppy and disgusting. Topping missing, toppings added that were not asked for. Kinda was pointless in ordering because they basically just gave us what they wanted with what looks like the last of what they had sitting out.

Two very nice young ladies working. By biggest issue is how extremely unclean it was. The glass in front of food items to choose to put on your sandwich was very icky, counter top by register needed wiped off.

Wasn’t my first choice. I prefer a drive through. It worked out for me. I got my subway craving met since the other location was a whole mess. Customer service at every subway is horrible these days. I tipped hoping it would make them friendlier to the next customer. Maybe subway doesn’t pay their employees enough to be respectful to the customers ?♀️

Listen, this is my current favorite: The BLT on the Spinach wrap, use the pepper jack cheese, obviously lettuce and tomatoes, add banana peppers and a few jalapeños, and mayo and the brown mustard. You can thank me later.
Normally I have no issue with subway always positive experience staff are great. But on 3/29/2022 around 745pm I came to get a sandwich there and the person that took my order really disappointed me. Not great customer service at all, rude hostile unapproachable. It’s like they didn’t want to be there. I understand we all going through stuff but please do better, I almost just wanted to walk away cause I felt like I bothered them.

I'll just give some pros and cons, pros first.The food is perfectly fine and icee machine at checkout.Access to Walmart which can be a pro or a conSpeaking of cons, it could be a bit of a wait to fulfill your order, but if you're going into Walmart for subway you can wait 10 minutes.

Was the most terrible and slow service at any subway I've ever been too, we started being helped at 5:06 and we didn't sit down to eat until 5:35, there was 2 people working but the female rori wasn't helping the guy at all, the guy was getting distracted by everyone else and moving like a sloth. We only ordered 2 sandwiches it was ridiculous.
