Ordered in drive thru only wanted lettuce and spinach oil vinegar mayo and sirracha that is what i pushed on order screen brought the sandwiches back because they had everything on them the emoyee pulled some receipt from there computer opened the snadwich and said they are correct and refused to remake them or anything bad service will never go there again these sandwiches was for my child who has food aversion

Ordered on the App. Ordered 60 dollars in sandwiches. Got them home and 2 of 4 were made incorrect. What made me the most mad was they didn't even heat up the bacon. I will go to Goodsense from now on.
Found a fake nail in the subway cookie container. Absolutely disgusting.
No sense of urgency, do not greet the customers. Waited in line for ten minutes while they fumbled around moving at a snails pace and was never even acknowledged. The manager jumped out of line, while there were customers waiting, to sit down with an applicant. Normally, the manager should have them sit and wait for the customers to be helped and then sit down with the applicant. Half of them look like they are on drugs and I have been in here multiple times everytime they don't seem to care about the customers at all. Ridiculous. Horrible. Lazy. Dirty. Shame on subway

I have ordered thru the mobile app and when I arrived, my order had not been started. Not going to ding them for that since this is consistant with all subways I visit. In store customers are always first to be helped. I have read about rude employees at all subway locations, I did not experience rudeness. Suppose being polite to people, they respond with politeness. I did also let the girl know I was not in a hurry, she was doing the best she could with how busy it was. I still had my order made without real delay and it was correct. I am sure the experience might of been different if I flew off the handle or decided to get snarky. Overall I get to Lincoln a few times a month and will continue mobile orders to this store.

Worst Subway experience I've had in a while. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive threw to get one 6 inch sandwich that was missing 2 of the ingredients that were selected. There were all of 2 Cars in the drive threw in front of me that were already there when I pulled up and the lobby was not busy. Either because of incompetence or lack of help this was bad.

I love Subway but was very disappointed with my last visit to the subway close to 52nd and O street in Lincoln Nebraska. ?? I normally order a Veggie Delite. Normally they are loaded with veggies like overflowing today this is the skinniest thinnest sandwich I've ever had and it was disappointing and didn't taste as good it barely had any lettuce on it I was very disappointed it was skinny like a Jimmy John's sandwich like one of the slim ones and then I'm also disappointed that they totally ruined the sweet onion sauce the sweet onion sauce is their most popular sauce that they have if it's not broken don't fix it they put Teriyaki flavor in it and it's not good if you have a veggie Delight you don't want to taste a hint of meat taste on your veggie Delight but that was my favorite sauce for the sandwich before they put the teriyaki on it so they need to change that back make the sweet onion sauce just the sweet onion sauce again perfect like it was!? But yeah I was disappointed today cuz I never had a Subway sandwich that thin.

Waited in drive through almost 30 min to get home to find the order wrong. Bread wasn’t right. Called store and they stated they just changed it out cause they were out.was never told this when paying and u simply don’t just swap out. I paid almost 40 dollars that got thrown away because we don’t eat wheat bread! Another reason why never eat overpriced subway again and staff showed no care! Contacted corporate and regional manager

I came in this evening to get a sandwich and found that a few other customers were being very rude to the workers and even started grumbling at and disrespecting me soon after I entered. The two workers there at the time, Destiny and Marion, handled the situation professionally, telling the two aggravated customers to leave because they couldn't behave themselves, and managed to stay calm and professional even after one of the customers started having a tantrum in the store. Will definitely come back again, Marion and Destiny deserve kudos because noone should have to deal with such disrespectful people.
