Legit could've walked behind the counter and made my sandwich given there was no one in there.

I have tried to resolve an overcharge with the business directly as well as going through the Subway app and the Better Business Bureau. This owner will not respond to any inquiry. That is very unprofessional and is bad business. I will no longer go there. I will let family and friends know as well. I would have given zero stars if I could have.
It was around 8pm when I went and they were out some meats, bread was hard and only had academia nut cookies. Service is slow

I couldn’t believe what kind of subway this was. Today I went to get some food and be on my way and I had to wait because 2 male teenagers one of them was chubby and the other was a little muscular with curly hair and they sat for like 7 minutes talking to each other not even paying attention to me. Then both went out and started to smoke and vape. How am I supposed to trust people who are putting their hands on cigars and vapes with my food. I eventually just went off to chick fil a never come here because employees do not know what they’re doing and and are vaping and smoking.

Do not go through the drive thru. Everytime I go it takes 10 minutes to get my food. I sat and watched them today put my food to the side and help multiple people that came into the restaurant after I pulled to the window. I also said light ice and they filled my cup full of ice. Never a good experience .

The atmosphere was great but the guy who made my sandwich was very hard to hear and it barely had any meat (cold cut) which is unusual usually they have trouble closing my sandwich. Thank goddess I put a lot of veggies to at least get full. People should get properly trained and he didn’t even ask if I wanted my husbands sandwich toasted. I’m very disappointed.

We frequently have small errors in our order and service is often slow, but today my salad was missing half of its ingredients including LETTUCE, and my wife had stuff added to her sandwich that she did not request; verified the mistake was on on their end on our receipt but there is no way to give feedback in the app about the order. They also advertise tea but do not actually carry it.

Really love this subway, I go here too often lol staff is always really kind and nice and I’ve never had an issue. The only thing is, sometimes they don’t show me the card machine and the total at the drive through screen will be different from the total I have on my account and I’m not sure if they are automatically adding a tip for themselves or not. It makes me uneasy when this happens and doesn’t happen every time I just wish I would be able to see it before my card goes through cause it just seems wrong. But I absolutely love this subway

Tasty sandwiches as ever!
Even though the workers were very busy and the joint appeared understaffed, they did a good job with my sandwich and were polite and friendly to me and my family despite being visibly stressed.

Typically incorrect orders in my experience, they don’t do double meat as requested on online orders. If they’re out of things, they won’t inform you when you pick up.
If you care about accuracy check your order before you go home.
The staff also don’t seem to try and smile and are not really customer focused.
