Typically incorrect orders in my experience, they don’t do double meat as requested on online orders. If they’re out of things, they won’t inform you when you pick up.

If you care about accuracy check your order before you go home.

The staff also don’t seem to try and smile and are not really customer focused.

The lettuce was not fresh and brown and looked very bad and the tomatoes were nasty looking to they were dried out and shriveled

The asian guy was super hot and was watering at the mouth sitting in line. He made my sandwich and it was delicious, but he didn't take my phone number or jump over the counter and rip my shirt off. VERY DISSAPOINTED! Still good tho.🤤🤤🤤

Terrible location, the soda machine isn’t calibrated correctly and makes awful tasting soda, and the overall atmosphere of this place is so miserable that it’s clear the employees don’t even want to be here. The management should feel ashamed of themselves for what they’ve done to this Sub-way. Jared would be proud…

Sandwiches are always wrong by several degrees and we paid good money for it. Not toasted, wrong cheese, several missing toppings, wrongly added toppings, horrible bread. Both of our sandwiches were wrong and have been the last couple times we’ve gone. Bye bye subway, isn’t worth the money.

Food is perfectly fine but one girl that works the drive thru now is extremely rude and hands you a dirty card reader and makes a huge point to tell you to tip. I'm not tipping someone at subway especially asking that way.

The sandwiches should have more meat especially if it’s $15!!!! I had a foot long with turkey and it only had one piece of turkey folded throughout the whole sandwich. What a rip off

General manager is extremely unfriendly. Never "how can I help you" or What would you like" , instead she glares at you and says either "for you" or "yes". Never smiles or cant say thank you or you're welcome back. Had an elderly lady behind me order today and when asked what bread she wants the lady didn't have her glasses so she couldn"t read the bread menu. The manager said I"ll go to the next person since you can"t figure out what bread you want. I ended up reading the bread choices to her. This is not my first time seeing this lady but after today I felt compelled to say something.

Order is always wrong, they never respond back or answer the phone. Spent a ton of money on food we couldn't even eat because the ingredients were all mixed up and no service to be found. Don't waste your money on this location.

We just waited 15+ minutes in the drive through for our two sandwiches for which we paid $28 for and the food was awful. Both sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, and they were cold. The bread is not fresh. My cheese was not even warm on my toasted sandwich. Worst experience I've ever had at a Subway.
