About a month ago I had a horrible experience. We ordered 2 footlongs to go. As I was eating mine, I felt a sharp plastic object in my mouth, and spit out a fake press on fingernail. Called the store and the manager was out. Complaint made through BBB and directly to subway. Manager Carl Rosberg replied with “ I have looked into this and none of our staff wear that type of nails, so I don’t know how this happened”. No refund or anything. Unacceptable business practices and management…. Do not eat here.

This is a really convenient location off the interstate. The staff is young but really good. I enjoyed my experience. I'd give atmosphere a higher rating but its inside a UStop.

I dont think its right he was workong alone because he seemed stretched thin between customers considering the drive through however he was very on top of the orders and make each sandwitch carefully with attention and we appreciate him very much. He messed up my order I asked for an Italian BMT with pepper jack cheese he gave me one with provolone cheese so I would not recommend going when Mike is working he is a young kid and obviously doesn't know what he's doing

Pulled up to the touch screen that did not work. It was covered in hand prints and dirty. I pushed the help button and no one answered. Drove to the window and no one was in there. That tells me they have higher priorities, so I did them a favor and went to Good cents. It was great.

Dietary restrictions: What I didn't receive has 0 fat and 0 calories.

One of the employees who has been there a while, she doesn’t wear a name tag so I don’t know her name. But she has a cow tattoo on her right arm. I usually go in there on my break which isn’t long. So I’m usually in a rush. She is really slow and not efficient. She seems irritated 99% of the time. She can at least pretend to be happy to be there. Or does she know nothing about customer service? Everyone else seems happy and can at least fake it but she doesn’t even try. Just do better.

I came into the store at 9:36 on 6/8/2023 a young lady came up to the counter and informed me they were closed. I saw the hours online said they close at 10. I asked the cashier what time they closed and she said they're open till 10. I don't understand why you work there if you don't want to serve people. Very poor attitude as well. I could see her in the mirror pointing towards the back room and she was sitting on her phone. All the items were out and ready to go. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I had some specific questions about the ingredients in a sauce and I really just expected an "I don't know" and that would be the end of it. The person helping us went out of her way to find out (we were the only ones in there). I really appreciated the extra service.
