Terrible service and took over 45 minutes to get our food. Helped a homeless man and gave him a free drink before giving us any of our things. Do not go to this location unless you want to wait over an hour for food. Didn’t apologize or give us anything for free.

The food I get from here is always very good. However, ive never had a single time where ive been here where something wasn't missing from my order, or something wasn't wrong about my food. However the food that I actually wanted and end up receiving among the missing food is always good.

Food was cold the drinks were not ever there then when I asked for or cups was handed cups was not told there ice machine was down and that all soda was flat .. do better guys

Waited 45 minutes in lobby for my food while car after car went by in drive through close your lobby. After the drive through line was empty the began to make the orders for people inside. They did not give your drink after you order your food. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell. Poor management and staff performance.

Horrible customer service every time I'm there but I don't really care, what was crazy was them reading my order to me and then giving me the wrong food and me having to drive back there only for them to mess up my order. I'll gladly drive further to S 27th cause this location is not even worth trying anymore. Not only do the cooks not know how to make a taco, the cashiers can't even give out the correct orders. Obviously no leads or managers checking orders before they go out

I’m pissed! I bought 2 party pack all crunchy tacos and a nacho bell grande. Out of 24 tacos I only get 20. like whaaat??!! I spent $52 and I’m missing 4 dam tacos. And then I got back because I called and they are closed in the dinning area and have a long ass line. Why do I need to wait another 20-25 mins because y’all can’t count!!!

Almost every single time they forget stuff on my order this time I waited 20 min to not get the nuggets or my chalupa and watched an employee stick a nugget in his mouth fingers and all and then proceed to keep making orders DISGUSTING don’t come here unless you want other people’s saliva in your food wish I could give negative stars

Experienced the worst customer service here. Went to drive thru and ordered lunch items. The guy on the other end who never introduced himself but on the receipt it says Matthew, he cut me off mid order and said let me check on that (no problems so far) he said cool then I ordered another lunch item and there was a very audible sigh on his end. (Again I know it's 7am but taco bell advertises that and as a overnight worker I appreciate it so I was still calm) he takes my payment and hands me my food in less than 5min. I pull away and check my order and notice it wasn't made correctly so I go in to have them fix it. "Mathew " then says something under his breath thar I couldn't hear but something like "I'm not fixing this order " then I ask him what he said because now I'm pissed. He tells me that I should of looked at the screen and says it's my fault. Then proceed to still complain about a paying customer and then grabbed the incorrect food and put it in the trash saying "your not getting free food" then I was beyond pissed and cussed him out grabbed my correct food the other worker gave me and left. Better believe I'm calling your manager at some point "matthew" and will take this review down if they fix it.

Miranda is very rude my wife double checked our order was missing one thing she went in to get it and waited 20 minutes still never got it. She made them give a refund when I called Miranda answered the phone I told her I didn't appreciate her treatment in being rude to my wife she proceeds to tell me she in a rush and don't have time to deal with it and hung up on me will be contacting her GM tomorrow

Husband and I stopped in there for food. First off he said it was him and another gentleman in front and was waiting for ever for someone to come and take their order. When finally someone came and took their order. An employee that was on the line making food yelled at the top of his lungs a thousand people on here and nobody wants to use the app to order. The manager was there and did nothing and laughed with the employee.

I ordered a twelve pack of tacos and the third one in had a public hair in it. This is the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen from a fast food place. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this place but usually it’s just them adding sour cream to items I ordered without.

The guy taking orders screwed up my order and the lady in front of me. I said that I wanted the #2 meal deal which was 3 soft tacos with sour cream and I also ordered a pinto and cheese and he screwed that up and when it came out it was cold and pinto beans didn't have the cheese. I used to work for Taco Bell and we were trained much better than this idiot order taker. I will not be going back there again.
