I’ve given this place way too many chances. It consistently takes 30-45+ minutes to pick up a mobile order, and half the time it’s wrong. Get better managers, raise the wages, and hire more people. It’s not that hard.

This is the third time we’ve ordered delivery and had issues. It is consistent that we’re missing items or given incorrect items even when we’re PAYING EXTRA to add stuff to it. It’s not an issue when we’re doing pick up just delivery. When we’re paying $35+ to get food it’s just ridiculous.

Ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito with no sour cream. It had NO beef and with sour cream. Also order some other things and was missing 2 of the items. This happens alot at this location.

I usually go to the one by 48th and o. I wasn't even aware this one existed. My guy in the drive thru was nice enough, however the food looked like it was thrown together by a toddler, and the tortilla was hard and breaking apart. They also forgot one of our burritos so we had to go back around. I'll probably just stick to the 48th one.
