This is the third time we’ve ordered delivery and had issues. It is consistent that we’re missing items or given incorrect items even when we’re PAYING EXTRA to add stuff to it. It’s not an issue when we’re doing pick up just delivery. When we’re paying $35+ to get food it’s just ridiculous.

Ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito with no sour cream. It had NO beef and with sour cream. Also order some other things and was missing 2 of the items. This happens alot at this location.

I usually go to the one by 48th and o. I wasn't even aware this one existed. My guy in the drive thru was nice enough, however the food looked like it was thrown together by a toddler, and the tortilla was hard and breaking apart. They also forgot one of our burritos so we had to go back around. I'll probably just stick to the 48th one.

Ordered two spicy potato soft tacos the last time I went. I got two items that were basically a tortilla with 5 pieces of potato and no joke maybe 10 piece of shredded cheese. No sauce or lettuce.
This time, I ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos and they gave me something with meat (which I can't eat). Not sure what has happened there recently but I have gone to this location regularly for years and never had issues before. Unfortunately I will be going to a different location or a different restaurant going forward.

Take this as a WARNING do not leave the property until you check your food. This place forgets multiple items more times than not! At this point it’s actually laughable how bad the service is at this place. You walk in minutes after your order is supposed to be ready because you know it won’t be ready on time (never is) and what do you see workers just leaning on the counter. Fast forward 10 minutes after the order is supposed to be ready and guess what 2 of my 7 items are missing. Yes I’m typing this as I’m still waiting for them to correct it.

I understand that Taco Bell most likely does not offer outstanding mental health service coverage, however, that does not mean that the management needs to take it out on customers. Was told to wait by staff, and that we will be notified of when to pull forward. The electronic sign then said to pull forward, creating a bit of confusion. When we decided to follow the sign and pulled forward, we were greeted by an absolutely furious manager who then lectured us essentially about being idiots who could not listen for several minutes, unyielding to our attempted apologies over the confusion about the electronic sign. I understand that probably happens often and it truly does disrupt the flow of service, that was not our intention at all, we were doing our best to be courteous customers, however, we do not work for Taco Bell and do not know if the sign is pre-programmed or activated by employees. It was YOUR failure to communicate with us to ignore the sign, and to pull forward when the INTERCOM instructed us to. Receiving a demeaning lecture over a misunderstanding and your failure to communicate is unprofessional, rude, and extremely uncalled for. That is exactly why you have the ability to go scream in the walk-in, rather than the route your manager took. Our order was correct though and food was good.

Where to start🤣 used the app everything good there got there long line drive through ok got to window were out of chicken nuggets they can either give me something else but it has to be oked first or just cancel the whole order and start over...NO not starting over got the replacement got home two regular tacos not what was posted on the app no sauce no napkins FF were cold very little cheese sauce but two extra cheese cups 🤔 no extra cheese just cups 🤣 Been a long time since I've been there...now I remember why. It's simple food why can't you get your 💩 together. Poor young man at the window looked like he had a bad day then saw me and figured it was going to get worse...it didn't wasn't his fault. He did great.👍 For the rest of you especially the managers 😡😡😡😡

I have no idea what is going wrong with this place, but it's not a recent thing - it's been happening for years. Every time time I order, SOMETHING is missing. When I came in today, every single table was dirty, and I'm not talking 'oh there was a water stain' I'm talking every table COVERED in crumbs and garbage. The service I usually don't get to mean about, but it's hard not to when the employees either don't read the orders or straight up ignore parts of them. First off, thanks for forgetting my drinks! Then, proceeding to give me the wrong drink when I handed you the receipt that tells you exactly what to get me.
I just had a delightful conversation with the manager while I was typing this, who proceeded to talk down to the 5 people waiting in the lobby. I understand that you are stressed, I understand that you have call outs. You have no excuse for you and your employees to talk to customers like that. The customers in the lobby are just as important as the customers in the store, and for you to ignore them for so long and then talk that way to them? If you have so many call outs, close the lobby and put a sign on the door explaining the situation. People will understand the situation if you talk to them like people, instead of talking down to them like you have any right to be on the high horse 'Manager of Taco Bell.'

Coming here is such a waste of time. They are really behind and they are getting the orders out they aren’t helping people in the lobby. There’s a lot of DoorDash orders and they aren’t getting them out. They keep missing peoples food. I would recommend coming here unless you wanna wait an hour for your food.
