I order from this location because it's the closest to work, and utilize the drive through. Every single time, without fail, if I add hot sauce to my order, they forget to put it in the bag. The hot sauce is literally listed on the order as an item, so not sure why this is a problem. Super annoying. Do yourself a favor and just ask for it at the window even if it was on your order. If I wasn't picking it up during the work lunch hour I would just park and walk inside and grab some myself, but that defeats the purpose of the drive through.

I ordered at 11:28 am. I pull up to the restaurant and order 5 chicken quesadillas, my mom counts them and apparently there’s only 4. I tell the lady at the window and she gets her coworker with black hair. The coworker sassily says “there should be 5” and makes a face. Obviously there SHOULD be but there isn’t. Whatever, we get the 5th one and it’s burnt as hell. Why am I ordering my food and apologizing for being a hassle and you’re not even being nice. I don’t know if there was actually 5 like she said or if she was trying to gaslight. Either way, she could’ve been nicer.

I guess my only question is that when I come here to pick up food, and it takes five mins or so to get here, why do I see three cars come and go through the drive thru while I am still waiting on the same food? Oops, make that four now… do deliveries always get the back door here? That’s a crummy way to run a business. Don’t hire me to deliver and then treat me as a second tier customer

The manger or someone higher up took mine and my dads order and completely messed it up got half of it wrong I didn’t get two of the things I ordained my dads things got messed up and at least 3 people’s prefers have also gotten messed up and it’s crazy normally I’m one to cut people slack but this time was not very good at all
Gave me the wrong food 3 times just to not remake my food so the only 2 tacos I ordered were completely mush by the time I got them , hoping it would be redeemed with my order of nachos which literally came out with no tomatoes or ground beef and just a slop pile of beans and nacho cheese. As my absolute last hope I thought the cinnamon twists would be good and they were completely blasted in cinnamon to the point of being inedible. Thanks for ruining my night.

The place took everyone’s order in front but close the store before we get to speaker when mind u they close at 1am and it’s was 1030pm all I got to say is get ur shit together and don’t hire kids cuz they do shit like that close hours before they should cuz they wanna go home early worst Taco Bell in town plus half the time ppl look run down working there
