Honestly, the food here is pretty good, but during the day, staff will mess up your orders pretty consistently, and they are not friendly what so ever.
Lunch. Five personal just standing there staying you will have to order from the kiosk ( which one of them was out of order). We only take cash at main registers. Not very convenient it a person has only so much time for lunch

All the team members worked well together. Way to go Taco Bell employees!! Your service today was unremarkable!

AVOID THIS TACO BELL.Ordered and waited 15min for food and I was the only one in the store. One guy was on his phone beside the drive thru window and the others were in the back talking. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The last time I waited for food was 45min. This is not the version of fast food. I’d get better service at a sit down restaurant and the food would actually be quicker which is ridiculous. If you need to be quick getting food here. When I did get my food. Fries were cold and old. Not fresh at any means. One guy was wearing his hat sideways like really. Same guy had gloves on, messed with his phone then right to making food without changing gloves. A health inspector would lose it if he came here. Honestly I don’t see how this place is still in business. Never again will I be here.

This is the worst Taco Bell. They are not polite. They take over an hour to take your order. I don’t like their service and all the workers are lazy. It’s been over an hour and cars are leaving. Do better.
Missing items and won't give you a coupon. Then tells me to not be so rude when going back to replace

I just wanted to enjoy a taco after being busy all day and I spent $6.00 for a taco a drink. After leaving to eat my expensive fast food taco there was no BEEF or basically anything in the taco. There was sour cream and lettuce so unless you want sour cream and lettuce I wouldn't recommend this location.

They told me this store was closed for no reason, it was like 7:40 pm. I pull around and go through the drive thru again, see them service 2 other people. So I go through the line and they take my order. Why did they turn me away the first time?? And then tried to add an extra $6 charge to my meal and they kept giving me weird looks, I honestly wanted to leave as fast as possible. I was already having a hard night and the way I was treated had me sitting in the drive thru crying. You shouldn't treat customers like that, you literally never know what someone could be going through :(
