Drive thru guy with a beard from tonight around 7:30-7:45 deserves a fat raise. Definitely the most friendly/polite Taco Bell worker I’ve come across. Everything came out fresh, in a timely manner and organized. The new confetti shushie is amazing too, definitely recommend!

This location was great right after it opened. Everytime we have went recently there is an extremely long wait to get our dine in food because, like all other fast food places they focus on the drive through. Once we get our food, there is always something missing with it.

Didn't even rate the food because they wouldn't even take our order. Told us all they are taking is mobile but mobile orders are down. Manager decided to call me names over the drive thru speaker. This location has been AWFUL since it opened. Never has staff, orders messed up, and mangers rude as hell.

I am extremely disappointed with the staff at 84th and Adams. I was not greeted at the speaker until I asked if anyone was there, and I got a snippy response that they aren’t ready for my order. A few minutes later they came back and told me to order. My total was 21.63, which is not too much food, just enough for my parents and myself. I pulled forward with 2 people ahead, and by the time I had gotten to the window, the screen inside said I had been there for 10 minutes. The man at the window did not read me my total or even ask if I had the order he was charging me for, I just hoped he got the right food. A few minutes even after that, he came back to the window and asked me if I paid already, I responded (confused) that I had. I then had to ask him for my one and only drink, because I saw it sitting ready inside the window. He gave it to me with no words. The screen inside the window hit 20 minutes before I recieved a word, an apology, or any other kind of interaction. A different man than before then came with a bag and read me the items inside, asking if this was my order. I said yes, and without apologizing or thanking me for my visit, he shut the window. 20+ minutes, and no apology. Unacceptable on many levels.
I am currently writing this Review while waiting in the drive-through line for this location, it has quite literally been 25 minutes in the line has not moved, Anytime I’ve been here. There has been something wrong with either the order, a machine broken or Something like this. I don’t know if it’s poor staffing or what, now I don’t even want the food but I’m Stuck in line. Consider my Baja unblasted

I live by this place was kind of excited to get something new around here. I've been here a couple times this place is horrible. The Hard shell Tacos are super greasy and shells are normally broke to where you might as well get a bowl to eat them. My favorite thing to get was always the chalupa But the shells are so hard and just rubbery, you can't even chew them. This is the last time I will ever go to this one after spending money and going here three times nothing has ever changed. As much as I dislike Taco John's, I suggest driving down the road to there. They should definitely find some better management here and train their people better. Hopefully it'll just close and we can get something better here.
