We had just driven from Denver to Lincoln, we were tired, and we wanted to find good and inexpensive food nearby. We noticed that this restaurant was right next to our hotel. Tacos sounded good, so we checked the great reviews on this place and decided to give it a try. We were very glad that we did. Everything we ordered tasted great and was a great value. We will definitely stop there whenever we travel between Minnesota and Colorado.
I may be a tad bias, as I worked for Taco Inn all through high school. But there is nothing on the menu I do not like. Everything is made fresh, chips are cooked in store, meat and beans too. It isn't like Taco Bell, where everything arrives in plastic bags.
