Please, please, please bring back the old Amigos. This place has so much potential to be great again. Open up all the areas and make it a family restaurant. Bring back the self serve sauce bar and the $1 menu. I grew up loving Amigos. There was something about the decor, the food, and the drive thru that was constantly full. My kids loved eating in the sunroom when they were kids. It was fast food that felt like a sit down restaurant. Now it seems like a ghost town with the sunroom and the balcony closed off, the abandoned water fountain, the sad salsa bar, and the cold, meatless soft shell tacos. Also miss the employees walking around with the mint baskets. Now the employees look bored out of their minds.

I stopped in at 12:30 PM on June 18 for lunch. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the gentleman behind the counter was 100% professional. Not what I’m used to with fast food restaurants.

A few complaints. I've come here often & never complained. A couple weeks back i spent about $50, so 4 meals. 2 were wrong & missing items. I called & they handled it well. I was told that they'd write me down for a free meal & dessert. My husband went to use it last week & the girl laughed & said there's absolutely nothing here. So then over the weekend I attempted to see if it was just the person working so I placed an order & asked to use it. The employee refused to look & said I'd have to order at a different time. All times we were polite to them & it's extremely frustrating that utilizing a coupon for approximately $20 in food that was wrong was apparently just a lie.

Ordered Taco Salads. Shell was barely half full. Received no utensils to eat it with. Drove back thru and asked for forks. Rude man at the speaker said they don't have forks. After quite some time of me asking how we were supposed to eat it, he finally said he'd give us a spoon. Won't go back there.
