I love Taco Johns food. I understand the premise behind their large price increases over the last two years. I just don't go there as often. However, what makes me lower my rating is the great discrepancies in the size of its offerings. Some days I will get a nice size burrito, taco, super burrito. The next time, they will contain almost no beans, meat , cheese, onions etc... definitely not worth what I pay. I don't expect a huge item, but would like at least enough...
I got all the way home to find my order incorrect. I called. The manager told me if I drove back the 20 minutes to get there he would remake the order AND refund my money. I didn't expect that, but he said it was the least they could do since I had to drive back to Lincoln. When I got there they remade the order. They did not refund any money...not a word was mentioned about it...just "have a good night."

My go to items of hard shell beef taco and beefy tostada were tasty but disappointing in the amount of filling. Not much meat in taco and only about 2/3 maybe of tostada was covered.
