Food was crap barely any meat the nacho cheese dip was watered down. It's like they don't care anymore about making food it's sad I use to love going there.
The new chicken bacon ranch burrito was good and always like the potato Ole.

The employees were great no complaints about them. They did they job effectively and efficiently.
I don't appreciate having to fight with an AI order bot and then receiving really skimpy corporate sized portions for my money. I haven't had Taco John's in a while and definitely won't be coming back.

In the last year this place has gone way down hill! They are cutting costs at every turn from watering down the nacho cheese, not changing the fryer oil, and shorting ingredients on all their products. This used to be my go to taco place now I'll just go to Taco Bell across the street thanks but no thanks!
The breakfast burritos are the main reason for coming, but the service keeps you coming back. There's an older lady that is so sweet, and if you come through more than once a year, she does her best to make the food just as you like it! She always puts just the right amount of cheese in burritos :)

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and was given this sorry excuse. No chicken, barely any cheese, pretty much all tortilla. I don’t like giving fast food workers a hard time but what idiot was making the food? All around bad service if you want a quesadilla go to Taco Bell or amigos, both across the street anyways.

am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding an experience my brother and I had during our recent visit to Taco John’s. Unfortunately, the interaction we had with one of the crew members, named Maria, left a very negative impression and reflected poorly on the restaurant’s standard of customer service.
When we arrived, the restaurant was noticeably quiet. There were no cars in the drive-thru, and only a few employees visible inside. Despite the light workload, several employees appeared to be standing around, walking back and forth, or simply looking in our direction without offering to help. It was clear that the staff was not busy, which made the lack of professionalism even more surprising.
My brother ordered food but was unsure if it contained steak, so we politely asked one of the employees for clarification. Maria came over to assist, but instead of handling the situation with patience and professionalism, she displayed a dismissive attitude. While showing my brother that the steak was in his food, she rolled her eyes and spoke in a rude and condescending tone, as if our question was an inconvenience to her. Her body language and demeanor made the entire exchange uncomfortable and unnecessary.
We want to make it clear that we were polite throughout the conversation and simply wanted to confirm the ingredients in the meal. It was not a complicated or time-consuming request. However, the way Maria handled the situation gave the impression that she did not want to be at work or engage respectfully with customers. Rolling her eyes and speaking with irritation is unprofessional and reflects a lack of basic customer service training.
As paying customers, we expect to be treated with courtesy, patience, and respect, especially when we are asking reasonable questions about the food we are purchasing. It is understandable that everyone can have a rough day, but there is no excuse for taking that frustration out on customers who are being respectful. When employees display this type of attitude, it discourages people from wanting to return and damages the reputation of the restaurant as a whole.
Taco John’s is known for providing good food and a welcoming environment, which is why this particular experience was so disappointing. A single employee’s attitude can affect how customers view the entire establishment. It might be beneficial for management to remind staff of the importance of professionalism, positive communication, and maintaining a friendly attitude toward guests.
I hope this feedback helps the management team address the issue and ensure that future customers have a better experience. My intention in sharing this is not to get anyone in trouble, but rather to encourage improvement in customer service. Respect and kindness go a long way, and small changes in attitude can make a big difference in how guests feel about visiting your restaurant.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and consider my feedback. I look forward to seeing improvements and continuing to support Taco John’s in the future.

I did a pick up order and I was trying to be quick about it as I was on my way back to work. Well i wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize I had to check in for them to receive the order as this was my first time. The lady at the window was very nice telling me I needed to check in. I did have to wait a little longer but hey, that’s my fault, The food was good!

I will probably never go back until taco John's stops being lazy with their drive automatic operator bs. I want to talk to a human when I go through the drive thru so I can actually order and get what I want. I dont want to talk to an AI voice and not have the stupid thing understand my voice. Very much dislike.

Went inside to order lunch and upon getting back to the shop with 3 different orders they forgot the 3 things of super hot sauce, and the shells were extremely hard almost like a chip like they were left opened over night. This will honestly be my last time eating at this food establishment.
