Went inside to order lunch and upon getting back to the shop with 3 different orders they forgot the 3 things of super hot sauce, and the shells were extremely hard almost like a chip like they were left opened over night. This will honestly be my last time eating at this food establishment.

2/28/25 had an order placed through the drive through after 11 pm. Waited 15 min. To receive my order, didn’t want to hold up the people behind me, so I didn’t check if I received everything. Got home and found out they didn’t give me one of my items, so I went back and waited another 20 minutes in line, because the doors were locked, to go inside. Got up to window, to get the missing item, and I was told that I was lying. He said the item was in the bag, and he ordered me to leave. Asked to speak to manager, and employee closed drive through window and walked away. So I laid on the horn until manager came to the window. He sided with the employee, but reluctantly gave me my item. I will NEVER go back there again.

Spent $50 only to get home and have half the order wrong or missing. I should have opened every taco and double checked the bag so I guess I’m partially to blame.

Worst food i have ever had. I should of went across the street to taco bell 14.00. Potatoes taste like grease has not been changed in a week and tacos where is the meat pretty sure I did not order no meat on my tacos. This was the worst meal ever

I have always love taco John's even as a kid. Love the meat and potato burrito combo with a side of nacho cheese. Potato Ole's are always fresh and seasoned right.

Most of the food is ok, but the potato oles have been terrible the last 3 times I've been there. They've been cold, crusty and flavorless. I wouldn't be surprised if they're serving hour old & refried 2 or 3 times oles. Could be 4 stars if they would take the time to serve them fresh...that's the whole reason anyone goes to Taco John's!
Got some burritos, they were the size of a taco. Food tastes good but it's just so embarrassing to sell a burrito so small that I couldn't give more stars. I'd be ashamed to sell that product. Not to mention they're slow.
