We don't have this chain where I'm from, but I really like it usually. Idk what was going on with the meat here but it felt like rubber. Potatoes were also burned. Service was very good and friendly. The restaurant was clean and I really appreciated the extensive menu. Maybe it was just an off night
Newly remodeled nice location, clean , roomy, fast service, good food definitely will return.
Parking: Six pack and a pound on sale $2.00 off. Feb 2024. Some to take home for lunch next day.
Kid-friendliness: Clean ,open area, public restrooms. No alcohol served, sets back from busy road.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, plenty of room and a drive threw if need be.

It's not as good as it used to be. Several times my potatoe ole's were very overcooked. There isn't any consistency. I also can't get my app to work. I order, pay, confirm I'm at the restaurant, but my order doesn't pop up on the screen until after I leave or until I re-order at the window and pay again. They are very nice about it and apologize.
