I did a mobile order at 947 in the evening not knowing that they close at 10. We arrived to pick up our food and the lights were still on outside including the drive thru menu. We sat at the drive thru menu for 2 minutes and pulled up to the window 954.Upon arriving at the window, I was informed by one of the employees that they were closed. I asked for a refund for my online order and then he told me that he could make our order. We received everything except one item and told to come back tomorrow after 10:30 a.m.I am not happy about this as the lights were still on, showing that they were open. The reasoning they first gave us was that they were short workers, I saw 3 people, from the window view.The last excuse for not being able to make the item was, "We are out of beans."

Food was typical Taco John's, but the new hot sauce is horrible. I haven't been to a Taco John's in a while but the hot sauce obviously changed has ruined the entire experience. They used to have some of the best hot sauce but now it is way off. If you are a sauce person you are going to be disappointed. If you eat the food without sauce you'll be fine.

Food was great. Cheese quesadilla was tasty as were the potatoes ole with nacho cheese sauce. Only 2 workers. One prepared the food and the other handled the counter and drive-thru which caused a bit of a wait.

I really enjoy Taco John's food and I never have any problems when I go through the drive thru. However, whenever I order via DoorDash, my order is always missing something or is incorrect. Yes, I can get my money back for the incorrect or missing item via DoorDash, but it's still inconvenient and quite frustrating that it happens so often. I don't think I'll be ordering delivery from this location again any time soon.

The food was pretty good, I got what I ordered in a timely manner and the staff was nice. I know the employees have no say in this matter but $1.25 for a side of ranch?!? That would be my only complaint. This location (56th & NE Parkway) is way better than the one over on South Street.

Let me preface this by stating that I haven't been to a Taco John's in a long time. Boy am I upset about that because this food is so much better than I remember. Being unfamiliar I had to ask questions about the menu items and the person was super nice and helpful. Having a sweet tooth I did have to try the Apple grande which was disappointing and I couldn't clean it up after dropping some of it on myself because my order came without napkins.
