Teriyaki sauce was overly sweet. Chicken was rather bland , dry and over cooked. White rice had hard pieces of over cooked rice, like what gets stuck on the side and bottom of the cooker. Veggies were mushy. Service was decent. Didn't like being put on the spot for a tip. This type of restaurant doesn't have table service so why the request for a tip? Staff was friendly. $13 for a half eaten meal left a bad taste in my mouth. Unlikely that I would return. Lots of work needed here.

You get a large portion in a bowl with tons of chicken. Hey the food tastes very fresh and was nice and hot. This is a good place for takeout or dining in. A regular chicken bowl with an egg roll and no beverage was about $12. Their credit card machine does request a tip, so if you want to seem like a nice person add 15%. Staff is very friendly and you can't beat the free range zucchini and cage free carrots.

What's one thing a teriyaki restaurant should have? White rice. When I arrive at the counter and they say “30 minute wait for white rice, is that okay?” No, that is not okay. Completely out of rice for that long is due to poor planning and not thinking ahead. Completely ridiculous

One of my favorite restaurants. Best teriyaki sauce ever!

Delicious kind staff love the spicy chicken although some times the ends of the pieces are really tough must be due to the way the cook it either way still delicious

Food was not good...burnt meat and sauce. It gave me an upset tummy. I Had herd it was good. That was not my experience. Had to wait a long time for the food and it was very over cooked to the point of being burned. Service was okay but I will not return.

My wife and I eat here at least once a week (well up until now). Some part of our order is screwed about about 1/3-1/2 the time, mostly way undercooked veggies and it always takes at least 15-20 minutes to get our food. I've notice the last 3 or 4 times the "8oz" portion of chicken look smaller and smaller. I love the flavor, so I thought "maybe ordering extra chicken will solve one of the issues?" Turns out that extra $2 got me nothing and total chicken weight came in at 7oz. I could tell is we less than it was even suppose to be normally, so I asked the staff and they said "oh yeah that's extra chicken". Adding insult to injury, it took 30 minutes to get my food (one person ahead of me) with three workers in the kitchen. Not sure what has happened to this place but it somehow managed to burn its fans.

They could use more business, and the time to prep the food may be debatable, but it's definitely worth it. You can call ahead and they do DoorDash. If choosing between Orange or Teriyaki chicken, do the Teriyaki for sure; well grilled and enough portions in a regular bowl to satisfy your appetite.

So much better than Panda Express. They make it when you order it so it's not just sitting under a lamp.

Good food - customer service is hit and miss. I really love the food, but getting it is like pulling teeth. Half of the times we've ordered from here (3 out of 6 times), something has been wrong. The wrong item one time, a missing item another time, and the most recent time, when ordered through a delivery service, we got almost no sauce with the order. When I called the restaurant, they said the standard for TWO of the large 2-protein plates is one small sauce (the small sauce container in picture), and the tiny amount of sweet and sour sauce for 4 crab rangoon (also in picture) was also standard. This after putting me on hold for 6 minutes and then hanging up on me.

Always a hit of miss with me, when it's good it's VERY good. But when it's bad... It's awful. Their beef is also just jerky, so stay away from that if you're not a fan of jerky...

The food is decent. A little pricier than I would like.

Horrible service, team members were yelling at each other and arguing. Took 35 minutes to get my To Go order. Do not recommend!

We WERE excited to hear a teriyaki place was opening up close to our home but unfortunately we have been disappointed lately with this place. The food is good and we enjoy eating there plus it seems to be a “healthier” option on some days opposed to some other surrounding options. The issue that we have been having is that they are “all out of beef”. This has happened on MULTIPLE occasions during different times throughout the day. We were flexible and just got the chicken instead. Last night this happened AGAIN...this time we walked out and went to Runza where they have NEVER ran out of beef! We are undecided at this point if we will be returning due to the multiple times of disappointment.
