We drove across town to do their coffee flights as their website states they do them Tue-Fri without a reservation as long as tables are open. We even called prior to making the drive and they said they were doing them today. When we got there they told us not right now and if we wanted to make a reservation for another time, we could. Poor customer service. Change your website if you’re not going to do Tue-Fri with no reservation as long as tables are open like it states. PLENTY of tables were open when we arrived. Won’t be back.

I placed an online order today and my family enjoyed three different types of waffles at home. All of them were delicious. The food was ready to go when I arrived and neatly packaged.I was also happy to see the wonderful community support for our friend, Tyler, at the For the Love of Tyler event in the store today.
The minute I stepped into The Chocolate Season I was taken aback by how homey and beautiful everything was! The employees are always there to help you and never make you feel like you are being a pain by changing your drink a bunch, you can’t find that at other coffee shops! I love The Chocolate Season, i highly recommend it. :)

While visiting from out of town, after a death in the family, we decided to seek a bit of levity and planned to go to The Chocolate Season for the coffee and hot cocoa flights. I called ahead and confirmed the hours/asked to make a reservation. The person that I spoke to said that a reservation would not be necessary and that we should arrive before 1:30 because they close at 2. We walked in at 12:50. By the time we reached the counter it was 12:57 and the cashier denied us, checked with her manager and then confirmed that they could not accommodate us. They turned us away. Truly, this was a disappointment.No comment on food and atmosphere as we were not there long enough to enjoy either.
