The Copper Kettle Mule Bar and Eatery

My wife and I went this past Tuesday just before a movie...wow! We can't wait to go back! The tacos we're delicious (2 for 4, taco tuesday), and the nachos were great. We had the carribean and big red mules....both were fantastic!

The place was beautiful inside we liked the decor. I was not impressed with the servers just standing and looking as if they were not trying to do anything but stand. Not really attentive enough to ask if any more drinks were needed. Jalapeño Artichoke dip was one good thing. Tacos were warm both meat varieties tasted the same. An emulation of Hook and Lime in Omaha.

New favorite bar

Cool atmosphere, amazing tacos (you can get them with flour tortillas too), and copper mugs for the drinks perfect for pictures. The mules aren’t too strong but taste good!

Fair warning to all: I am not shy around spice but the spicy tacos were SPICY. Proceed with caution for sure. Otherwise amazing flavors!

The servers/bartenders are uncoordinated as soon as it becomes crowded. There is absolutely no coordination between staff and customers. I ordered 3 tacos and they came out wrong when I gave them specific instructions. Not to mention, when I ordered my drink it has still yet to arrive as I write this review. For context “it’s been 30 minutes since I’ve ordered my drink.” And I have talked to two waitresses AND the bartender and still nothing. Owner if you’re reading this you need to take better initiative to teach your employees to ACTUALLY handle customers when things get busy rather than acting like chickens with their heads cut off.

This was not my first time to the Copper Kettle, but it was the first time ordering food. I cannot believe I have waited so long to try the food here. My wife had tacos and she said they were fantastic. I had the honey bourbon wings and teriyaki wings. The honey bourbon wings were delicious but the teriyaki wings were absolutely dynamite! I will 100% have to come back for them again. My wife really liked her Garden Mule. I myself am not a huge mule fan but I do enjoy bourbon. They have a pretty good selection but I had to go with some Blanton's.
They had sports on the TV's, no complaints there! There is a touchtunes jukebox there so if you want to play your own music you are able.
Definitely a fun place to hang out, grab some drinks and food. Stop in and check it out.

Funky atmosphere- yummy food, variety of beverages- esp the Mules - pleasant and prompt service. Recommend.
