My wife and I have been enjoying The Eatery for years. Eating here is good for the soul. Having a rough day? You'll feel better after eating here. Having a great day? It'll feel even better with a full belly from The Eatery. Again...been coming for years and the consistency of the food, service, cleanliness, and staff is beyond impressive. I hope this place outlives me because I don't wanna be in a world without it. 10/10

The wait staff are always so nice and attentive even when it's busy. Best club sandwich I've had in Lincoln so far as well!

This is a 'down home' restaurant in the best sense of the word. Good food, great service, and comfortable atmosphere. We had breakfast and everything was great--scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, hash browns, and tasty biscuits. I recently moved to Sage Living just a few miles away and this will be my 'go to' place.

Lots to love while leaving lots of room for improvement. I've eaten here a few times over the years. Other than using smaller awkward shaped plates to give the illusion of large portion sizes, not much has changed. Immediately when you walk in you will notice the ceiling. The crows foot texture doesn't come off as normal, in fact it reminds me of my parents house. The decor and seating are nice. The bathrooms need remodeling (I can help with that). The tile on the floor is cracked or missing chunks. Poor lighting and old fixtures. The food overall is consistently good. You won't be disappointed.

We had a meeting there. A big room that was quiet. We had the Rueben and cole slaw. Very tasty and plentiful corn beef. Will definitely be back

Food was okay at best. Asked for no lettuce, got lettuce. Asked for ketchup, eventually went and got my own. The party of two sitting arms length from us were served first yet they were seated after us. I guess we were there on Skintzy-on-the-Fries Day.

Wont go back ever. Crap service for mediocre food.

I went to breakfast on a Sunday about 8:30 AM. There wasn’t a crowd so I was sat promptly. My waitress was very nice. I ordered my food. She helped with suggestions. The food came out quickly was hot and delicious. Portions are a good size. My waitress checked in to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely recommend this place.

Food was ok. Portion was too small for the price. Service was more than great. Didn't get her name, but the waitress that suggested the tall lemon cake was the friendliest.

Food was excellent, desserts were even better, and service was fantastic. I take my 4 year old grandson out to eat on days I'm passing through town and this will definitely be one of our regular spots. My grandson actually cleaned his plate! (The mini corn dogs are delicious!)

Eggs Benny had the bacon under the eggs for some reason, bacon was super chewy. Steak in skillet was mostly fat as well. For 18.99 you should get a better cut.

The food and service was good. Unfortunately the booth that we sat in was not comfortable. My dad hurt his back because the seat springs were worn out.
