Ok. Here's what I enjoyed before I even tasted the food. The chef made a lentil salad! And the idea came to him while walking through the farmers market. He saw the zucchini, green beans and tomatoes and just knew it should become a lentil salad. Wow!! I've never tried a lentil salad, but based on my experience with this one, I am now a fan. I ordered the Volkswurst, which was very tasty. I removed the top half of the bun and ate it with a fork, but it you are still eating bread I think you'd like the bun - it's grilled so it has good texture. The kraut is homemade, cut wide and still crisp. The beer mustard was the perfect condiment! So glad I finally made it out to eat their food, I'll be paying more attention from now on!

The sausage is seasoned to perfection! My personal favorite is the Pollo Loco, and they come on toasted buns. Absolutely delicious and well priced! I appreciate that they change their menu seasonally as well.

Brandon makes all the sausage from scratch, and they're so delicious! Everything I've eaten here blew me away, and made me wish I had an extra stomach to go back for seconds. Or thirds.
