The Mill Coffee & Bistro

I'm trying to understand how I waited in line with my coworkers to order lunch and had the 2 people before me order the chicken salad sandwich. Seeing as there was 3 I ordered it as well. The barista informed me that they were out. I pointed out there's 3 in the display, she got this awkward look and started looking around for help. She then informed me she had already promised it to someone else. I asked who and she informed me it was the person waiting to order behind us. How's that work? Apparently her money was more valuable than mine.

Hands down one of my best coffee shops to spend a few working hours peacefully. Comfortable chairs, clean, and very nice personnel are just some of the benefits, which include amazing coffee, modern atmosphere, and tranquillity. This is also the best location to get away from the traffic and noise of downtown Lincoln. Highly recommended if you need to focus on your work and are around innovation campus or the sports center for some reason.

Overall it was a great experience. I needed to work from my laptop for a bit and they have ample chargers and free WiFi.

Worst customer service ever! We had a party there and were talking at a normal volume when the barista came over and asked us to keep our voices down. When my friend asked if this was a new policy, the barista said we couldn’t even have events there!
