My boyfriend and I stopped by The Mill for a coffee date, and it quickly became one of our favorite places in Lincoln. The vibe is warm, rustic, and inviting with plenty of comfy seating, soft lighting, and that perfect mix of buzz and calm. We both ordered specialty lattes (mine was a chai, his was a vanilla latte) and they were amazing, smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweet. The pastries were fresh and delicious too!

While it can get a bit busy during peak hours, the quality of the drinks and the overall ambiance make it well worth the visit. Simply the best coffee shop in the Haymarket. Espresso, Tea, Smoothies, and baked goods are plentiful. Quiche if you want breakfast! Lots of seating and three servers/registers going at all times and another on the patio during the Saturday morning farmers market. Great atmosphere too. Stop in!

I used to like going to this place until people were allowed to bring their unleashed dogs. You will be sitting outside and big dogs are getting very close. I have spoke to managment but nothing has changed yet
Not frequenting this establishment on a regular basis I had to ask if I was in the correct line or place. Person behind the counter didn't say"can I help you" or "next please" they just stood there looking at the counter. Not overly friendly, no service with a smile so to speak.

Love their cold brew beans and blueberry crumble beans. Their mocha at the cafe is great, too. Huge selection of merch, as well as tea products. I appreciate the newly renovated space that has ample seating and a lot more sunlight coming through. ☀️
