This is **NOT** a handicapped accessible restaurant. I called ahead and she said they had a ramp but cautioned that it was not close to the door. I am ambulatory so that was OK. When we arrived in the parking lot the parking spaces by the building were unlit on the side and back. When we finally located it, the "ramp" turned out to be a dangerously uneven sidewalk slope whose actual function was to empty their dumpsters, almost blocking the "ramp" space. There are a couple of handicapped parking spaces out front, but without curb cuts - an 8" curb -- they are useless.
Food and service was great.

Really disappointed. Fries were soggy. We spent more to get a basket vs. side portion and they were just mush. Also, the actual garlic parm was only in a side container and not mixed in with the fries...

Also, not a fan of your staff hovering while I'm writing out the tip. Talk about awkward pressure, especially when you've put the 'minimum' default tip on the ticket at 18%.

Spent between 40-$45 for 2 people and this is what we got. What a letdown.

The owner is not approachable, or customer friendly. Food comes out cold. I will NEVER be back there again.

Philly was dry, we sent the cheese sticks back and they still were burnt the second time, the wings came out to us over cooked.
Dark brown not like the video. The girls ordered sherry tempo’s and they could only have 1 cause they ran out of granadine which you could have gone over to Hyvee and bought a bottle for $6:00 to make customers happy.
The drinks were the only things not over cooked.

It seems the last couple of times visiting this location has been a little bit of a struggle. Food was wonderful, but the service was lagging. They were out of sour cream for taco night, no lemons or oranges (for the beer) . The waitress seemed like she was the only one waiting tables. She was nice and apologetic but I heard her say sorry to slot of other tables as well. They forgot our two orders of fries, and when she finally brought my wifes fries , she was 3 bites away of being done with her sandwich. I didn't care for the sign outside that said .. a 4% charge for credit cards, we prefer cash.

I'm sorry but I'm not a fan we had to send several plates back to be remade the wait staff ignored us we only got drinks and service by walking to the bar and even then we stood like 15 mins for a simple drink order while in our booth we sat down at 245 when we left at 450 we NEVER had a wait staff check on us. We will not be back.

The Watering Hole is a favorite place my daughter and I love to eat at! We went about a week ago, I got the boneless garlic parm wings & fries. I also ordered some sweet chili wings to try. I was not disappointed! It was so flavorful and authentic, unlike any other sweet chili wings I've tried around town before! I love the garlic parm wings, but sweet chili has got to be my new fav. My daughter got a simple grilled cheese kids meal with fries, but she was really impressed with the grilled cheese! She is normally very picky, but it was buttery, had enough toast to it and not too much cheese. (She hates when it's overly cheesy) Our server was very attentive and friendly. She made sure we had what we needed, and that we were happy with our food! Overall, we had a very nice lunch and we're super excited to eat there again lol. If you're looking for some good food, especially those wings, check them out. There are tons of delicious options to chose from!

Have been to other locations, but not this one until today. Had a great luncheon with an ol' friend. Wings were fantastic! Waitress was kind and respectful of our time. Thanks Watering Hole!!

Extremely loud. We had a hard time getting waited on. Seemed as though the servers didn't have assigned areas. Was seat yourself too.

This place used to have great food but when we went today we were very disappointed. They weren’t overly busy when we were in there and our server was incredibly slow and not attentive. There was 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids. My husband and I had bloody Mary’s which were very good, we got mozzarella sticks and the “homemade” chips and salsa for apps, the mozzarella sticks were not cooked long enough they were barely even warm when they were brought to our table. I wouldn’t waste your money on the chips and salsa, the chips don’t at all seem to be homemade and when I questioned the chips being homemade to our server she was kind of snippy and said “well they are” and walked away. I got the pepper jack Philly with fries, the Philly was fine but not a lot of flavor and my French fries were way undercooked and just mush. My husband ordered the jumbo wings and was very disappointed, the wings were the smallest we have ever seen with barely any meat on them…. the sauce cup was bigger than the “jumbo” wings…….for $22 it was a waste. The kids food was fine except for the hair my son pulled out of his cheeseburger. The bathroom floors are disgustingly sticky. Overall we did not have a good experience and wouldn’t recommend the Watering Hole East.
