Go there regularly at least 1-2 a month. Try to avoid using the restroom and do NOT look at the kitchen. The kitchen would not pass inspection and I'm surprised they didn't got shut down yet. Service is terrible so don't expect much but the food is delicious.

Went in with my girlfriend yesterday 02-10-2024 around 1245! There was one lady working and she was doing everything! Taking care of everyone on her own and the bar! She absolutely did an amazing job and had an all out great attitude, and was just hustling and bustling away! The food was great as usual love the garlic Parmesan wings my favorite easily! Anyways great experience and will definitely return again!Parking: Close parking and easily accessible lots of space! It’s clean as well!

Iv never felt so welcomed when I come into this place. The food is great the atmosphere is wonderful and the manager and all her waitresses really make this place rock! Thank you!
It took around 45 minutes from when we sat down to when we got our food. My poorboy sandwich had scrimp so overcooked they had no taste at allOur waitress had no personality no smile no enthusiasm whatsoever. We barely saw her at allI counted her to walk by us 14 times with no interaction at all. When done it took over ten minutes to get the check and 10 seconds to grab my cc for paymentSmall bars / restaurants are a dime a dozen in Lincoln. I swear there are 15 to 20 per square mile. So you really need to stand out to get new customersWatering Hole West must be happy with the regulars because new customers are not going to come back with that customer service. I know I’m not driving that far again with that lousy service. I can get that within a few blocks I don’t have to drive 20 miles.

Wow! It was not a very busy night, but we waited over an hour for cold food. The worst part was the server: Never checked on us or refilled the drinks. Eventually when the food came out, they never asked how we were doing or if we need / wanted anything more, or asked about food quality, or customer satisfaction. They only polite interaction was when the check was brought out. Some of the worst service I have ever encountered.

Let me start this review by saying I’ve been going to this bar on & off for probably close to 15 years. Will still drop in a few times a year because I want it to be good, but it never is.Only reason it’s still open is the wings. Incredible how consistently bad the service is, food is always terrible (outside of the amazing wings). The tap beer somehow is also bad.
