LOVE Tico’s. Always amazing food and service. Today Jenna was our server and we were so impressed. It’s like she knew what we wanted before we did. She is so efficient and has such a pleasant disposition. Once again TICO’S for the win.

Ticos is still Ticos and that is good. At so many restaurants that have been around a while the food doesn't seem to taste as good as it used to, but Ticos, the Chile relleno (best anywhere) chito majadas (loaded nachos) and all the rest still taste great and unique, different than authentic Mexican, tex-mex, or some of the overly Americanized chains, but always good and fast service too.

It dull atmosphere sun light from the ceilings were great. Wait staff forgot our cheese dip but took it off bill. Beer was soooooooooo super slow slow to get anything from the bar asked for napkins twice forgot.. benches are old and slumpy. Felt like a child at a table. food height or plate comes up to my chest elbows kept hitting table.
