Went here for lunch on a Friday. It wasn't overly busy at the time we went, so we were seated immediately (had a party of 6). The staff were all friendly and helpful that we encountered. The chips and salsa are great! Not your standard tortilla chips and canned salsa. The salsa was more like Pico in that it had a lot of chunks of tomato, pepper, and onion in it rather than being a strictly smooth salsa. The chips had flavoring on them (that's the best way I can describe...

The food is just so-so in my opinion. A little over-hyped.

The service and atmosphere are decent, but negative marks for not having a military discount. Seriously, what does it really cost to honor those who've served? It's a tax write-off for establishments.

My mother who is 87 has eaten here for many years. They greet her fondly everytime.
She feels at home here and loves te food as our entire family does.
Thank you Ticos, for ALWAYS doing it right.
