I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent DoorDash order. A dasher was assigned to pick up my food, and instead of completing the delivery, I received a call from them claiming they handed my order to someone else. Is this a joke? How does something like this even happen?
Meanwhile, I saw the actual dasher still waiting at the restaurant, clearly unaware of the situation. This is beyond unprofessional and reflects serious mismanagement. What’s worse is that no one made any real effort to resolve the issue or help me get my food.
Let me be clear: no one makes food like Afghan Village Cuisine—this matters to me. But experiences like this ruin trust in both the platform and the business.
To the owner: This is your business, and you are responsible for your customers’ time, money, and experience. Incidents like this reflect poorly on your entire operation. I suggest you investigate this thoroughly and make this right.
Please charge the lost meal to business expenses or issue a refund immediately.

Used to thoroughly enjoy toppers - but the last 3 experiences over the past 3 months have been completely disappointing. From poor quality, to missing items with no compensation or replacement, to cancelling orders without notification. Time to look elsewhere for delivery pizza.

My daughter & I love Toppers! Always fresh & delicious & usually very quick service! Our favorite pizza spot! The dough is so delicious & perfectly chewy! Great price & value for your money! The bread sticks are amazing too! Service is always great as well!

At 5:20 on a Saturday my family placed a $100+ order for my daughter's birthday. Got an email confirmation and sent my dad to pick it up as confirmed from the store. When he arrived they told him they had cancelled our order because they didn't have staff to make it?? They didn't call, email or anything. Just let us show up to pick up pizza they chose not to make. Horrible.

I attempted to place an order 40 minutes before close. I received a confirmation email and clicked on the order tracker. It made a little progress and then displayed a message that said "Sorry, your order was cancelled." I attempted to call the store. They continuously hung up on me. Eventually they left me on hold until the store closed and then hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable. At the very least they should have the decency to answer the phone for customers who have already placed an order.

If I could give Toppers Pizza a negative rating, I would. This place is a joke. I ordered wings, paid for them, and they never arrived. They took my money and left me empty-handed. When I tried to call, they claimed to be open, but I was stuck listening to their automated answering machine on repeat for hours. Clearly, they have zero interest in customer service. This place is trash, and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its customers.
