I have no idea how people in these reviews are so confused, but it is a ghost kitchen that can only be delivered. Please don’t waste your time or money on this place. The tenders are exactly okay, but the sauces that come with are clearly from a store-bought bottle in the worst possible way. The sandwich was a nightmare, and something in the sauce was clearly wrong. If you’re going to spend $20-$30 on tenders, you can drive 5 minutes in any other direction and find a quality meal.

Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it?
We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it.
The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place

Just placed a door dash order and received 4 cups of butter and none of the 4 sauces we chose to go with our 20 chicken Tender order. We received regular Mac and cheese when we ordered chipotle Mac and cheese. We ordered waffle fries and received regular fries. Very disappointed with this experience.
