I placed an order for a heart shaped pizza earlier this week. the employees on the phone were very helpful and even were accommodating when I called mid week to change my order. I came in on valentine’s day and while I was waiting for the employees to finish boxing up my order a very rude customer came in. it was disheartening to see a grown adult speak so rudely to a crew of teenagers. however, I’m leaving my review to say that they handled the situation very professionally....
The individual who took my phone order was great but the individual who assisted me with picking up my order was impressive! If you are in the market for excellent customer service- this would be my recommendation for your next pizza night?
