i just bought their salad and spaghetti to go. They only put 2 olives on the salad and I know this from ordering in the past so I asked them on the online order form if I could have extra olives. i said I would be willing to pay or sub the other veggies. i was so happy when I got home and they gave me a cup like what the dressing comes in full of olives and still gave me the other veggies! That little gesture made my day! also, their spaghetti comes with waaay too much sauce. i am not complaining though because when I order it theres enough left over that I boil more spaghetti and get another meal out of the extra sauce left over!

AGAIN a horrible experience with this company! I tried to order a pizza meal for my daycare kiddos and received horrible customer service not to mention no pizza meal for their lunch! WAY past the time it was promised. Needless to say Valentinos left a bunch of kids very disappointed.

waited on hold for 18 minutes to let them know i was here for pick up. went inside, while on hold, to see nobody on phone. waited there over 5 minutes, to be told they were very busy. no apololgy for the wait. nothing but curt curt answers. if my card hadn't already been charged, I'd have left. won't be coming back.

The lasagna & salad were fine BUT the pizza was over-cooked, especially in the middle. There were only 1-2 shrimp on each piece & the center piece had none. It didn’t even have much taste. I was informed that they couldn’t get into the building (even though I put specific directions that the building is locked on Sundays and they would need to call my cell phone to get in).
