Everybody still seems so scared of the pandemic. Let people have ranch, let them make two trips to the salad bar. It's OK we won't all die. The food was great!!! Garlic cheese rolls were cold.

We had an amazing evening at this restaurant! The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the menu had a great variety of options. We loved the ambiance and decor of the restaurant, and the music was also fantastic. Overall, it was a great dining experience!

Always sooooo good! The only problem was that my mother placed the order incorrectly and we ended up with all the toppings on one half of the pizza and nothing on the other side. Totally her fault!!!

Extremely disappointed with a recent Valentino's experience. My mother-in-law ordered 4 pizzas including 2 multiple toppings jumbo pizzas and much more from 70th and Van Dorn in Lincoln for my daughter's 1 year old birthday party delivered... When the pizzas came the two jumbos were smashed, but we ate them due to having multiple guests on a timeframe. When we called the Manager Jesse I believe was his name was extremely lippy, rude, and arrogent. Saying we had no receipt even though he delivered the pizzas himself and found the order in their system, and that we called too late to have anything done about it, but he later offered, 1 large, single topping pizza to rectify the situation. Keep in mind the two ruined pizzas were two Jumbo multiple topping pizzas. Also, my mother-in-law gave a very nice tip that was apparently very undeserved. My mother-in-law is 70 years-old. Way to rip off a 70 year-old woman and a 1 year-old who likes your pizza enough to be an advertising campaign Valentino's... Corporate and the Better Business Bureau has been called and I will update this review accordingly.

I ordered a couple of meatball sandwiches from Valentinos tonight and what a disappointment they were! Papa Tony would be embarrassed. The meatballs were sliced super thin and the sandwiches had maybe 1 1/2 meatballs on each of them. They were smothered in sauce and had a sprinkling of cheese that was barely melted. These are not the meatball subs that I know and love. As a former employee of Val's, I have always believed they have high standards when it comes to quality, cleanliness, and customer service. This missed the mark that one should expect from Lincoln's "Best" pizza place. At least they have gone back to the good meatballs that were switched out during the Covid pandemic. But they need to go back to the chunky halves of meatballs and toasting the bread and cheese. These were a soggy mess. We threw away half the bread since there weren't enough meatball pieces to fill the whole sandwich. Next time, I'll go to Firehouse subs where they pile on the meatballs!

Alas, I will never be able to post a picture of a whole Valentino's pizza because the second it's in my hands, half of it mysteriously disappears into my mouth. :D Valentino's is a local gem in Nebraska. I have so many fond memories of this pizza place. The sauce is sweet and savory, the crust has just the right amount of crunch...the cheese...is so good. Everything about this pizza is right.

Always great pizza but when I called in to order my pizza, it would have been helpful for the person taking my order to kindly notify callers that they MOVED their location down the street (still off of Pine Lake). I went to their former location. Didn't see any signs there to indicate they moved. I googled them and got the new address. When I got to the new location, I mentioned that it would have been beneficial to tell callers they moved. She just looked at me and said "Oh".
