The pizza was good, doughy, too sweet, and would combine in the mouth, but good. The staff was abysmal. They pointed, talked, and mocked customers while they were still in the restaurant. They actively pointed and stared at customers that looked or dressed differently. This behavior is harassment and is borderline cowardice. Unless you want high school, teenage, cringe worthy embarrassment and judgment served with your pizza then I would avoid this location. The staff alone make want to avoid this location. DO BETTER

This is definitely, NOT Valentino's best location. The pizza has gone downhill. They don't even bake them long enough, doughy crust, and pizza no longer tastes good. Thin layer of topping on a blob crust.

Waited like 30 minutes. Food tasted awful, and the service was not good also. Won't be going back. 1 med pizza and cinnamon sticks was like 33.00.

This place is the worst. Waited 45 min past the time they told me it would be delivered. Finally I called and they say there was a “miscommunication” so they just canceled the order but still charged my credit card. Manager Keenan offered a whopping 10% discount and said the pizzas would be delivered in another 45 min over 2 and half hours after it was original promised. Kinda really out of the mood as my guests were ready to head home. STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CREDIT MY CARD ! What crappy service and ya know their pizza really isn’t that great anymore.
