I had a very mixed experience at this Valentino’s restaurant. The food was great overall and the server was very nice and helpful, until near the end of my dinner experience. The problem arose when I saw and overheard a small group enter the restaurant. My server then told the group that the restaurant was CLOSED. The group entered a few minutes before 8:00, whereas the Valentino’s website indicated the restaurant was opened on Saturday nights until 10 pm. The group left the restaurant, of course, and I recalled an experience about two and a half years ago, on a Saturday night, when my husband and I, entered the restaurant (during the Covid period), and were told by the server/hostess that the restaurant would be closing in about 5 minutes. We had entered at around 7:50 pm. Anyway, I unwisely got into a verbal argument with the hostess/server, and she was not sympathetic at all! So, last night, the same thing happened, only to the group that had entered a little before 8 pm.!!!Here is my point: If Valentino’s lists their hours of operation to the public as CLOSED at 10 pm. on Saturday night, then, the restaurant should observe and HONOR those hours!! If the restaurant wishes to CHANGE those hours open to the public, then the restaurant needs to change those hours on the Google Maps website, too!!!

The brunch buffet was ok (maybe). I didn't get to try enough food to even know.. 12:30 and they said they were not serving anymore Chicken. Pizza was always empty. The only saving grace was the salad bar. The guy in the blue shirt behind the buffet, was absolutely rude. Spent more time on his phone. And acted annoyed when asking about food. I grew up in Lincoln, and hate to leave a bad review about Valentino's. But never again at this location

First time I participated in a Sunday brunch buffet at this Valentino's! It was busy, but the trip was worth it! While not on the same level and variety as the Valentino's Grand Buffet on south 70th...we enjoyed the food and the staff. I definitely would return.Vegetarian options: Minestrone, salads, and some fruit topping for breakfast items.Kid-friendliness: The children that I saw seemed delighted with what was available-- especially the cinnamon donut holes.Wheelchair accessibility: I only saw one wheelchair but there were several people with walkers. The paths are limited for their use but other patrons were helpful and made room for them. Very busy!

Terrible experience. Dried out food, half empty buffet not being restocked, warm pop, overpriced and not worth the $17, long wait even with plenty of open tables. The bacon was on point. Everyone walked around in reaction not proactive. It wasn't busy but they had a hard time doing anything. Valentinos, what a long hill you fell down. I'm ashamed. Also, no toilet paper in the woman's restroom and dirty toilets.

Wennt here for the Sunday buffet. Excited that they started it up again. However, food was not good. Buffet was empty for almost the whole time. Will not be back.

I'm glad to see the Valentino's buffet is back in Lincoln, even if only for Sunday brunch! The service was outstanding, from the host to the server. They had a great variety of breakfast foods and a great salad bar. The buffet itself was kept nice and clean. At $15.99, you get your money's worth. Don't forget to try each of the breakfast pizzas!

Apparently the guy answering the phone was having a bad night. Rude and unpleasant. Seething through the phone. And all he asked me was for my phone number and address. Gave my phone number and before I gave my address I hung up. Ya..... that bad !
