Ordered a pizza for pickup and was told 7 to 7:05. Got here at 7:05 and was told “they were behind. 10 minutes later specifically asked and told that my pizza just was in the office. Always before Vals has made it right if they didn’t meet what they said they would. NOTHING today!! So I like Vals pizza but it’s definitely not the least expensive option and now I’m waiting 20 minutes past the pickup time they gave me and not even an offer of a drink or something. ...

I ordered pepperoni pizza.. I am sorry but I didn't like it .. it's taste weird and the pepperoni were under the cheese.. I thought it would come in slices but it came in square. I grew up eating pizza from nyc and florida..iam so disappointed with the outside food in lincoln. But you continue to do ur pizza. I know not every pizza is the same..
