The atmosphere, service, quality of food were all absolutely amazing. We celebrated a birthday and they acknowledged it and celebrated us gratefully. We will be back again for dinner and will try brunch as well.
Cute restaurant. The food was really good though a bit pricy for Omaha. The portion sizes were perfect. The major problem was the service and timing. Our server was nice but I think he forgot to put our order in. There were 2 people serving and there were literally only 4 tables of people in the whole restaurant, but for some reason it took a full hour from the time we sat down to the time we received our food. Initially it took 20 minutes from the time we sat until he came to speak with us. As a former restaurant manager that is unacceptable. We ordered out drinks and food at the same time because we were starving and it took so long for him to come. Then we proceeded to wait 15 minutes for the drinks and 40 minutes for the food. Mind you there were two, possibly 3 servers, plus a bartender, plus a host and what appeared to be a busser working. I can't imagine the kitchen was backed up because again there were only 4 table and it was a Saturday night. The server apologized for the long wait but never explained why. We even told him he could bring stuff out as it was ready as there were only 3 of us, with only one eating meat which sometimes takes a while.
Our steaks were prepared as requested. One well done and the other medium-rare. Both were excellent. Our waiter, Jackson, made the meal special. Great atmosphere, great food, great people. Hard to beat.
We had a great time!! We had a large group of seven but they served us with ease and the food was amazing. I can't wait to go back!
We arrived on time for our Sunday brunch. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Delicious food, plentiful portions and excellent service. What a treasure in Lincoln!
Everyone that "helped" us were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and the cocktails very tasty. Good wine list too. We took advantage of the rooftop for drinks afterwards.
We booked weeks out based on the brunch menu online. That menu was not available for graduation weekend. We were not notified in advance and I saw nothing on the website day of. The menu provided was very abbreviated. Since this property is affiliated with UNL and is a training location I had higher expectations. Everyone liked the decor and ambiance.
Well and Good seems to have the potential to be a great restaurant, but they missed the mark on Sunday evening. Our waiter seemed to be stretched pretty thin; service was slow although he was moving constantly from table to table. The appetizer came after the meal. The gnocchi was under cooked and cool, so sent back to be reheated. I don't know if they were short staffed on this date, but that's the way it seemed. Too bad for everyone.
There seemed to be only one server in the floor at the time of our reservation. They were doing their best considering the situation; it was a decently full restaurant on Mother's Day Sunday. Entrees took awhile. Everything tasted good but you're paying for each item. Not bad, but not sure if I will go back.
Great date night experience with my wife. The food and service were outstanding. Great atmosphere

$225 for 4 people, everything was hard- so hard it was difficult to cut through with a knife. Pancakes, waffles, etc. some items were cold- the hashbrown casserole was mush or hard, no in between. The muffins were straight out of the fridge and not thawed. Our waiter didn't check on us for additional drinks until we were done eating. We still ordered more mimosas and he didn't come back till the end. It was our birthdays and there were no desserts for us to order. I love dining experiences, great atmosphere, food, new places - I'm from the West Coast so food and gatherings are important and this was the worst in years.
We celebrated our anniversary and it was our first time at well & good. It was a really lovely experience. The food was delicious. My husband ordered the ribs and they were amazing. I ordered the scallops and they were cooked PERFECTLY! They were a little bit more salty than I like but they still were delicious. They serve water without ice which maybe is just a thing. But gave us ice water when we requested it. They also gave us a lovely desert for our anniversary. I was a little disappointed they didn't write happy anniversary on the plate for a photo op but it was still super nice of them to give us a free desert when they found out we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. Overall it was a really lovely experience and we will for sure be back!
Great service from Bradley. He made good recommendations when asked by our group. Excellent wine list with good variety and value. Steaks served at correct temperature as requested. The menu is not overwhelming but has something for everyone to explore new flavors! Well done to Well & Good!
The short ribs were excellent. My wife was very disappointed in the wallye and sent ita back to be replaced by the short ribs.
