Outstanding experience! Great service and ambience. Pricey but worth it for a special occasion.
Well & Good has a great vibe. The menu has many great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have been to Well & Good three times. Every time the service is S-L-O-W.... During this visit, our group of 5 ordered drinks at the bar but never received them, so we proceeded to our table. After being seated, we again placed an order for our drinks. They came in pairs, and finally, the fifth drink arrived much later. Our food was delicious. However, it all arrived individually. The server needed more help. She was pleasant, but truly overwhelmed. There was another table of eight near us. I really, really want to LOVE this place. I keep trying; it's the service that needs more management. After dinner, we went up to the Roof Top bar. Once again, it took forever to get served. The lighting on the tables for ambiance had not been charged. While watching the basketball game, suddenly the TV went out, and we had to wait until a "technical support" person could restart it. The lighting was too bright; you could not enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery. The bathrooms were not clean, and the toilets were not flushing correctly. The last time I was at the rooftop bar was in the fall. The tables were not cleaned, and the service was poor. We finally had to bus our own table and physically go to the bar and order our own drinks. The potential for Well & Good and the Roof Top is fantastic... the service is going to be the downfall. My preference is always to choose local, unique locations, not the franchises. Hopefully, this critique will help.
We dined at Well and Good for New Year's Eve, and overall, our experience was mixed. The service was top-notch, which definitely enhanced our evening. The total cost for six of us, including two bottles of wine, was just over $850. However, I was a bit disappointed with the steak, as it didn't seem freshly prepared. On the positive side, the scallops, pork tenderloin (which was actually a pork loin), and cheesecake were all delicious. Given the high expectations based on the cost, I felt that the food fell a little short overall. Thankfully, our excellent server saved the night!
Beautiful hotel restaurant! The food was perfection and the service was outstanding! Excellent place if you’re looking somewhere to go for a quality steak with lots of options for enhancements (compound butter, horseradish sauce, chimichurri, etc). Great variety of wines and cocktails as well. Highly recommend checking it out!

This was our first time. We had the calamari, shrimp cocktail, filet mignon cocktail, another stake of some kind, & a variety of cocktails. Everything we had was EXCELLENT! You can tell that a lot of thought and effort went into the planning of this restaurant. Our server couldn't have been more delightful, helpful, & knowledgeable. We loved the small & local menu. We will definitely be back when we're in town again!
Well & Good has it all!! My wife asked me to surprise her with a new place to have dinner on our anniversary. This was a home run. My wife had the 8 oz Filet Mignon, I had the 16 oz Ribeye. They don’t even bring you a steak knife, we cut them both easily with a butter knife. Seasoned to perfection, cooked just the way we ordered. And locally sourced. They threw-in a free dessert because it was our anniversary.
Service and ambiance was top flight. Will go back.

Great atmosphere. Did the Sunday brunch with some family prior to the volleyball match. I had a reservation and the staff reached out to let us know that the Sunday brunch was the only option. We appreciated knowing that in advance. Service was excellent. Food was very good, but the eggs were not hot. They were in warming dishes but cool to lukewarm. Otherwise everything was great!
portions were smaller than I anticipated but I didn't leave hungry!

We learned when staying at the hotel and there is any kind of Husker game to make a reservation. Our server, Mykenna ( might not be spelled that way but anyway she was fabulous! Kind of surprised not to see the salmon on the menu anymore! Tomato soup was fantastic...and thanks to our great server my husband could get the “bar food” smashburger! Hope that young lady stays around....she is amazing!
We hosted a business dinner at Well & Good for 6 people. This was the first time any of the 6 had dined at Well & Good. The atmosphere, food, service, and price were amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to host a business dinner!

Bear in mind my reservation was for 4 people on Thanksgiving at 3:00 reservation. Arrived 10 min before 3:00. Sat in bar 20 minutes waiting for 4 different house cocktails that never materialized. One persom behind bar was in process of setting up. Was seated at at 4 way table set for two. Ruthie was our assigned server she was lovely and efficient. Buffet was set up beautifully; however the food was bland. Was shocked by the $40.00 additional service charge when the bill was presented especially for the dining experience we had. Disappointing!
I ate in the bar. Food quality was solid. The brussel sprouts... Enough said. I had the gnocchi and added chicken cut the chicken was honestly a little dry. Flavors were great though aside from the dry chicken. They didn't even stir it into the dish just put it on top... A little weird. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I didnt know what to expect but for the cost of the steak. It was so seasoned with pepper and salt that I couldnt taste the meat. Also got gnocchi and was pretty average. Again was expecting it to be great with the price of the food. Service was good and so was the ambiance of the place.
Food was good, service was great! Colin in the bar, Bradley serving and Vinny! Great atmosphere.
VERY understaffed. There was a home Husker volleyball game and that is one of their busiest days. A waitress had her first day that day and hadn't been trained on anything. Poor planning by the management to have a new employee on the busiest day. The new employee handled the situation like a champ and deserves a raise if she stays. We had a reservation and when we checked in 5 minutes before they told us they didn't have a table and we could try for open seating at the bar. We won't be back this season. If you can't staff, then don't take customers.
