Terrible service. I went through drive through to grab food with my sisters and through the entire transaction, both employees said absolutely little to no words leaving us in confusion about payment and our food order. We received incorrect change and were handed our food with no words. After being handed our food, the window was immediately shut on us leaving us to wonder if what we received was our complete order or not. It was was probably the worst experience any of us have ever had in a drive through.

I go to this location often usually in the morning but never usually have issues today lunch time however, I could not get tap pay to work for me. What could've been a very frustrating situation for me and inevitably resulted in me having to go somewhere else was the biggest opposite! JOY is who was helping me she tried troubleshooting tried my phone multiple times. She did all this with a smile and never loosing an ounce of patience. She ended up taking care of it I told her that wasn't necessary but she insisted and when I say I am so thankful she saved this pregnant woman from alot of frustration and more tredging around in the rain when I really needed to just eat my chicken asiago sandwich I was craving. If upper management sees this her name was joy and she is amazing. Praise her, reward her, keep her not a lot of people in this industry care as genuinely as she does about the customer experience. Also this was smack dab in lunch rush and she still had that attitude. Side bar food was hot fresh and exactly what I was craving.

The people were nice but they didn’t give us our sauce, they gave us a single patty instead of a double and they also forgot the stickers for the Krabby Patty meal :( very sad and disappointing, especially because we only ordered one meal.

Karla tried her best but couldn’t pull through in the end. Despite being top 200 GM in 2022, my order was messed up I was given four frostys instead of the 2 i asked for. This did not help in my weight loss journey. I was burdened with the pressure to inhale 4 frostys before leaving the store! When i got home and stepped on the scale i obtained 10lbs of weight! ????

Went through the drive through around 11 PM. It was busy but the employees worked well together and kept the line moving. The young man taking our order was extremely polite and courteous. The woman that was getting items ready remembered everything including utensils and sauces. The garlic parmesan chicken nuggets were amazing!! Hopefully that stays in the menu. And of course the frostys were good. The drive through lane was clean.
