Ordered meals and Frostys for 4 people. Asked for straws. Got told they were in the bags. Checked and had no straws. So I asked again. Offered to show my bags to get straws. Then I get home and I’m missing half my order. And can’t get anybody on the phone to refund missing items. What a joke of an establishment.

The woman working the front isn’t the smartest. I tried to use the offers in the app and both times I order something they never went through. I was supposed to get a free burger and a 1 cent small soda. I don’t know why they didn’t work but I am now upset and missing food. The food I got was great but she wouldn’t even just give be me the cup when I showed her the app. I also tried to call but nobody answered the phone after 15 rings. Nothing in the app said drive-thru only so I don’t understand why I was ripped off. I doubt now I’ll ever eat here again, it’s just unbelievable that I was ripped off my rewards, she scanned my phone but still I got nothing when I could see the deal listed on my app. Next time you rip me off free food I’m just jumping the counter and taking what I want. Since a manager didn’t answer I’ll be going above them. The food is good but you will get ripped off here.

The service is actually pretty good at this location unlike some of the others in town. Fast drive thru service and nice employees, The guy taking my order even suggested a flavored drink with one of the meals, which I was pleasantly surprised as this doesn't usually happen at fast food franchise places but he was spot on, the drink was quite flavorful. Plus, The order was correct so that made it a very successful dinner run.

This location has been unable to print receipts for months now. What is actually going on here?

I went through the drive-thru on October 6th 2023 between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.. the lady who took my order did not understand me after you drive through window I told her I wanted a number one and a bowl of chili. She informed me that she could not hear me pull to the window and then she would take my order. When I got to the window I told her that I wanted a maple bacon chicken sandwich combo and a bowl of chili. She informed me that they did not make chili until 10:00 that it wasn't ready. So I told her just to give me two maple bacon chicken sandwiches and make one of them a combo. She told the guy a number seven who was making the sandwiches he repeated back to her in Spanish and number seven and she repeated back to him in Spanish number 7. I didn't realize the difference because I wasn't really paying attention. I pulled around to eat my sandwich because the lobby was not open at this hour. Noticed that I got a Baconator. Went back around to the drive-thru at this time the manager was coming into work. She gave me an attitude and try to give me a one sandwich. I was never rude to her and will I ever be rude. Told her that I ordered two sandwiches. I noticed the difference in price because I got charged more. She lied to me and told me that they were the same price so I had to go back around through the drive through I see the price for myself. When I went back around to the window she gave me another attitude and gave me a dollar in cash out of the drawer. I should have made her put it back on my card. I plan to call today big boss.

The sign on your drive thru window that says “receipts can’t be printed today” is old and faded and needs new tape, and looks like the same sign from a month ago. Might want to fix the sign or fix the receipt
