It had been a long time since we had been to Wendy’s. Thought we would try it for dinner. Ordered two singles and fries. Both hamburgers were cold, cheese was unmelted, and the buns were hard. We won’t be back.

The food was great. Atmosphere is the typical fast food noise. The problem here is they will charge you for a large and fulfill your order as a medium because they are out of large cups or fry boxes. They won’t tell you this. The staff is more tentative to fellow workers or friends and family that come in. You say you are eating here and they ignore you and give you a bag instead of the tray.

Ordered 2 combo meals got home and only had 1 sandwich. Tried to call to resolve issue and the phone number on receipt and the website is out of service or disconnected. Guess that's one way to avoid customer complaints. Also noticed that they have their address on the receipt listed as the address for Slim Chicken. So, if you try to mail them a complaint it's going to the wrong company. If this company doesn't know their own address and phone number makes you wonder what else is wrong.

I’ve come to this Wendy’s on multiple occasions to give it “another chance.” Every single time it’s awful. Tonight was the worst though.I got a biggie bag and a chicken sandwich. The jr cheeseburger was genuinely hard. The patty was so old that it essentially crunched when I took a bite. Tried again because maybe it was just a bad corner, but nope— same thing. Tried the chicken sandwich ($3 for a chicken patty, bread, and a piece of lettuce. Crazy). First bite— hair in the food. Trashed two sandwiches. The nuggets and fries are old and dry too, but not enough to toss.I’m absolutely over this location. It’s not a Wendy’s issue, it’s this location. How they’re still open is beyond me, because this is a recurring situation.

Food was decent. Bathrooms were a disaster. Men's room had no paper towels nor soap. Women's room had so much condensation the floor was slick as well as everything else. My friend slipped and fell. All 5 of the employees were on their phones including the supervisor. Called the next day and was just brushed off. Lobby was a mess also.Wheelchair accessibility: Had access for wheelchair as long as someone else opens the door. My son had to wait for the door to be opened before he could enter. Only 1 handicap parking sopt.

Standard Wendy’s food. What is there to say? Nothing great and nothing bad.I do recommending using the mobile order. It’s just as quick. They have deals online. It’s easy.If you want some quick trash food, why not I guess.

Avoid if you’re looking for late night food. We came by at 11:30pm on a Friday because their Google page claims that this location is open until midnight. Lights were all off and store was clearly closed.
