Whispering Winds Vineyards and Tasting Room

I am so glad I stumbled upon this place while visiting my son in Lincoln. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything we ordered was absolutely fabulous. The charcuterie board was huge and easily fed the three of us. I also loved that they feature Nebraska wines and you can get samples starting at around $1. This gave me the perfect chance to try wines from many places without actually having to visit each winery. I will be a repeat customer any time I am in Lincoln!

Very friendly, great variety

Interesting little shop. It's a wine tasting room inside a coffee shop. You charge up a card and then you have self serve wine with 10 different kinds of wine. Three from the Whispering Winds vineyards then 7 other Nebraska wines. The staff was very nice and welcoming and explained everything well. Once you charge your card you can do tastings, half glasses or whole glasses for different amounts. It was an interesting system. They have a nice patio areas to enjoy your drink of choice, as well as a selection of foods.
