Have never had any problems before but today they really exaggerated with this. What even is this? I’m never one to leave reviews but this really threw me off. You get paid to do your job right and for good quality and this is what you give? absolutely absurd, east of my money.

They had us waiting almost an hour for our food and I'm guessing when the food got done they had the bag just sitting on the shelf and my name order didn't even get called and on top of that they got the order wrong

We always order online through the app, they're quick and efficient! By the time we get there it's all ready! There was one time they didn't get our order due to an app glitch but there quickly made it right and were quick. This place seems to get busy during weekdays during lunch time.

I ordered the lemon pepper boneless wings and they were way too salty, the classic lemon pepper wings that I had a week before, were one of the best I've ever tasted. Not sure if it had to do with the different cooks or that's how they normally are but I will never order the boneless wings again.

Ordered 3 hours ahead of time and still waited 20 minutes to get food after we got there to pick it up. Nobody else in the lobby at all and only 1 other order there waiting to be picked up. Employees were standing around and screwing around. Then get home and not all the order is even there! Pathetic place!! Now I know why Noone was there!

I've ordered from this location twice. The first time, I had to wait longer than was estimated and I didn't check my order before I left. I shouldn't have to do that, but nowadays you have to double check everything. I got home and found out they didn't put the order of tenders for my kids in the bag. I had to drive back to get them.Tonight I got there to pick up my order and 3 kids were working. They were not busy and they weren't doing anything. They told me my order would be done in 3 minutes. It was done in about 5 and I checked it before I left. They forgot a side of ranch and the veggies so I asked for them and they gave them to me. I got home and the fries were cold and not even seasoned. The wings weren't hot and one order of wings tasted awful. They weren't made right, because those are the ones I always order. I was late to pick up the order and it wasn't even ready yet, they forgot part of it, and making me wait longer when they weren't even busy to give me cold gross food was NOT worth the wait. Such a disappointment and such a waste of money!

If I could give zero stars I would! 6:30pm on a Thursday, tried ordering online and it said “unavailable” so I called. On hold for 23 mins no answer, so I hung up. Came to the store for them to say, “if you wanna place an order it’s gonna be at least an hour wait” Poor service! I don’t mind waiting but you could pick up the phone and let people know that before driving to the location! Terrible terrible rude service. Never will order from this location again!
