I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadn’t received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said I’m not lying. I said I’m not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district manager‘s name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district manager’s name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website. I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I don’t think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.

Ordered for the first time today 10-27-25 and was shocked the wings I got were all the “drum” stick, I’m sure if I would order that I’d cost more for the one kind of wing. Was very disappointed and thought they could’ve been bigger, they were the smallest wing pieces I have had in a LONG time for what I paid🤬…. I got the 10 piece deal, 🥴

Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

Do they always overcook fries like this? 3 people working, slowest moving employees I’ve ever seen. Restaurant was full of people waiting for food. Didn’t give me tenders I paid for, wings tasted like they hadn’t cleaned the sauce bowls for a year. I think that’s enough wingstop for my life. What a disappointment.

Good luck getting anyone here to acknowledge that you exist. What's worse is when they finally break what feels like the fourth wall, they'll explain it's your fault for not shouting at them that they didn't make eye contact a single time while you stared at them for 10 minutes.

The employees aren’t so friendly , my fries were a large , full of small end pieces of the potato. Not at all edible & my fiancé of course got sick from the chicken after he tells me all the time how he hates wingstop lmao and the one time I chose Wingstop showed me why we don’t eat here

Chicken tenders are good but fries cold and limp. Check your order before you leave they always seem to forget something. This time, they forgot the veggies.
