Foods always cold or wrong half the time, then when you try to call the store after picking up they literally don't answer the phone and I know they're not busy because literally just left the store they had no one in there and no tickets up

What a disaster of an experience just trying to make a simple carryout order over the phone. "Go online, Go online" Could only order up to 20 boneless wings but when I tried to order the special they showed on the Website, that was "Online only" Kid on the phone was thoroughly uninterested in helping, seem annoyed he had to answer the phone. My advice, just choose any other place to get wings. You will likely get as good or better quality without the BS at your local wing joint

I love your food but I'm starting to get disappointed because the last couple of times I have order your product once it is delivered I'm missing things everytime. This must recent time I ordered a large voodoo fry with a total of 40 wings, and did not receive the fries. I will not order from this store again. And I'm kinda bummed about that cause I really enjoy your food especially the fries.

We ordered from the Pine Lake location on Aug 11th for delivery. The store allowed a different door dasher to take our order and when I called, the guy I talked to was extremely rude and said I needed to contact door dash. I had been in contact with door dash and he was very nice. He explained he went to get it and it was gone, because Wingstop allowed another delivery person to take it. When I asked them to refund me he said he’d have to talk to the manager. Never heard from them and was never refunded. I would not recommend getting delivery takeout from them.

This place has improved so much lately. They’re putting out good quality food and taking care do their guests and team members.

I was a regular when they first opened and it was a mess. Not this crew, they’re on it and it shows in all they do.

4 days ago, we went in for the first time and starving for wings, fries, and a Buffalo burger. Seconds as we came in, we were freezing. My 2 kids were complaining and annoying me while ordering because of how cold it was. When I was ordering, I could barely hear what he was saying and an unacceptable attitude. After 15 minutes of ordering, which could have been less than 5 minutes, we sat down, shaking cold and waiting for 1 AND A HALF HOURS. Can you believe this? How such your workers are like this?! This is even our first time and ruined it! The music was loud as a disco party volume. Overall, I would recommend closing this place, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I make the mistake of always thinking 1 more chance and they will get it right....nope not these ones. I order $75 worth of food everytime I order and I've literally never gotten all of the order...plus when u call to make it right, they pit on hold and never click back over plus no managers around to help...save your money and go somewhere else

Ordered door dash, 15 boneless original hot wings and got little to no sauce on them and got micro wings. On top of that ordered seasoned Parmesan fries and got no seasoning and no parmesan. Place used to be good but has gone very down hill the past few times.

Food is ok, but the service is horrible. Not a place I would go to for lunch with friends. They had loud music playing in the kitchen that was different than the different music in the dining area. I had to step outside for a phone call because it was so loud. I should have known it was a bad location since they had no customers at 12:30 PM. I will not be returning for a meal to this location.

Last night my boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try. We placed the order and sat down to wait for our food. I started to notice the tables, the pop machine and surrounding area were dirty. Even one of the cook looked dirty. He kept wiping his bare hands on both side of his shirt. I was so grossed out by the sight because I can see the wet area of his shirt where he was wiping at. I will never be back!

This location is not well managed. I ordered online and arrived after it said my food would be done and I still waited for ten minutes. There were eight other people sitting around waiting for orders. When I did get my food, I went home and realized half of it was missing. Tried to call and waited on hold for 15 minutes and still never talked to anyone. Drove back and my missing food had been on the shelf the whole time. They just forgot to give it to me. It had been sitting there a good 40 minutes so I requested fresh food and waited another 15 minutes for that. I saw another family come in and leave after awhile because no one even acknowledged they were there. Food tasted good when I finally got it but this branch desperately needs a good kitchen manager.

The food has been good in the past, but man was the place dirty. The folks working in the kitchen had their hair down and hanging over the food; they touched their faces/noses/clothes while working with the food. They weren’t busy, so I don’t understand why they weren’t taking more care. I didn’t see one pair of gloves when handling food. The restaurant itself was dirty, too, with crusted sauces and soda syrup on tables and counter tops. The whole place smelled like something had gone bad in the back. The food has been good in the past, like I said, but my appetite was shot from being inside the restaurant.
