I don't drink coffee. My wife said her coffee was pretty good. Food very average. With a little effort could be much better. All there hot chocolate drinks are flavored...ugg. atmosphere is like a corporate lunch room with zero personality and no warmth to it at all.

I would like to let you guys know how much I appreciate the great service you provided to us this Thanksgiving day! This was our first time coming in, and despite the fact that it's a holiday, you guys gave us the best service I could imagine! The Turtle Coffee was absolutely delicious, you staffed plenty of people for the rush, and you were kind to us despite the fact that you're working on a holiday. Thank you for letting me and partner use your lobby for our morning...
