I’ve been across the country and eaten in some “high class” places, but none of them compare to the total package that is the Sandhills Lounge. Great food, friendly service, and an atmosphere that tops it all off. If they gave Michelin stars to small town Nebraska bars this place would definitely have three.
Great local place. Pretty much the place to go out for dinner for 50 miles any direction. You will not find any fancy food here. Just good old fashioned comfort food. Prime rib Saturday is always the busiest day. Definitely a local hangout.
Vegetarian options: Have never really looked for vegetarian options. You are in the middle of beef country here. That's mostly what they serve. Some options for fish and chicken.

Absolutely love this place everytime I go to it. The staff is friendly and relatively knowledgeable (although one older man is slow on the uptake and screws stuff up a lot the vast majority of the staff seem to be extremely competent and friendly), the atmosphere is nice with a variety of music and scenery, and the food is spectacular. I definitely recommend going on Thursday Night as they offer a good variety of spanish food at nice prices with good proportions. I also recommend...
